Welcome to your Fall Creek Retreat! This is an open concept space decorated with your comfort in mind. The condo has been updated and all of the creature comforts of home are provided.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations and provide the little extras that may your stay special.

The space:
Fall Creek Marina is close by and the condo is located perfectly off the main drag, but only minutes to the Branson Strip. Get away from it all and spend some time fishing and enjoying a relaxing vacation!

This is an open concept space decorated and with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated and all of the comforts of home have been provided.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.


Guest access:
A car is a must when visiting Branson, and there is ample parking in front of the condo. You have full use of the entire condo and private patio. There are shared bbq grills in the complex to which you have full access. Enjoy the grounds with morning walks - the road ends at the beautiful Fall Creek Marina which is open to the public and offers boat rentals, fishing pole rentals, and has a fantastic deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo.

Other things to note:
There are stairs to this condo. This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 45 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.

*As of early 2025, there's brand new carpet in both bedrooms and on stairs

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary spending 5 days. The condo was very clean and cozy and management was very friendly and responsive. We also really liked that we were so close to all of the action and attractions.

The whole family loved it, it was clean beds were comfy it was a perfect little place to stay for the price. The only thing I would change was that each unit has an assigned parking space. When we got back to the unit at night we couldn’t find a spot to park close to the unit

AMAZING!!

Absolutely loved it! Instantly walking in I felt peace in there. It felt homie. I so appreciate the Christian music playing on the tv. I think that was why it felt so peaceful!! I will definitely book again when staying in Branson. Thank you so much!

Nice little place to stay

This unit was decorated beautifully. We walked in to Christmas music playing on the TV. Listing shows it sleeps 6. We had 5 in our group. There is only comfortable seating for 4 and table seating for 4. Kitchen is VERY small. We tried cooking breakfast the first morning there. Unit lacked prep items and really no space to work. We ate out the rest of the time. Listing says 2 Queen beds in bedrooms, but they were more full size beds than queen. Description says “ample parking”, which is a bit of a stretch. There were 3 spaces in front of a building with 6 units. We could always find parking, but at times it was a couple buildings down from our unit. Property manager was quick to respond.

That special touch

We loved the Holiday decorations in the condo and the use of space. It was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. The convenience of being close to everything Branson has to offer was nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Very nice and clean place to stay. When we came in, there was holiday music playing and Christmas tree set up and that set the mood for the weekend and made the kiddos so excited. Place had everything you need and was a great location.

Cute and cozy accommodations

The property is well maintained and really cute. Kitchen is well stocked and lots of room. Very clean, only thing is the floors could have used a bit more attention as it did not look like the living area floors were cleaned well. Overall it was very clean though. The location is really close to the main stretch of town. The host is really great at communicating and really sweet.We enjoyed our stay!
