Property was perfect for what we needed. It was well stocked with kitchen items as well as linens. Check out list was minimal which was great!

Property was quiet & comfortable. Having both downstairs & upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms was convenient & allowed privacy. Upstairs area also had a comfy chair for reading/relaxing. Combined kitchen, dining & sitting area downstairs worked well. Did have issue with lock on door not working properly. Contacted property mgr multiple times but received little assistance. She first had us obtain key instead of using keypad because battery was dead but even then there was something wrong with lock mechanism. A fellow guest tried to help us with the lock but after struggling with it, he agreed something was wrong with it. Always had to allow extra time for "fiddling" with getting the door locked so we could get to shows on time. Also had issues getting door unlocked when we returned. Very frustrating, always concerned we would be locked out or couldn't secure door when leaving rental. Otherwise, no complaints - but the lock was a significant issue.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the layout, comfort, and quiet location of the home. Regarding the entry door, our team did assist during your stay to check on the lock. Upon inspection, the locking mechanism was fully functional; the keypad is set on a quick security timer, so if there is a brief delay while entering the code, it automatically times out and resets. Additionally, the neighbor you spoke with was not associated with our property or lock system. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again!
