Welcome to the Airy Aerie: an avian themed townhome in the heart of the Galena Territory. Our space has been carefully curated to reflect the diversity of birds you will find in the natural surroundings of the area. There are two ensuite bedrooms and a full kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a loft space upstairs with space for a roll away bed.

Our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 overnight guests (assuming 1 person sleeping on the roll away bed).
Booking the Aerie also affords you access to the Territory Owners' Club which features indoor and outdoor heated pools, basketball courts, game room, tennis courts and more.

Adorable townhouse was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for 4 people with extra space so we weren't tripping over each other. My daughter enjoyed the bird theme. The water pressure in the shower deserves an extra star. It was a bonus after 2 days of hiking trails around the area. Enjoyed a day on main street Galena with fun shopping and great places to eat.

This was a girls trip to Galena and this townhouse was in a perfect location! It was just outside of town and very quiet & peaceful. Everything we needed was just provided and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. We would definitely stay here again when we come this direction.

Clean home, in a great location to explore the Galena territory. The homeowner quickly responded when we had no hot water, and the issue was resolved within hours. I would recommend this property!

Good getaway for 3 sisters. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful setting with walking paths on premier golf course. Lots of bird singing. Clean property. We did not use the Owner’s club but thought about it for swimming. We did use the deck to enjoy the peaceful setting.

In general, it was fine

The condo was smaller than depicted in the pictures, but adequate. You need to use stairs to get to and from your car, which would have been nice to know, as we're elderly. In general it was fine.

Perfect girls getaway

Beautiful location and quiet location. Very close to Galena. Some stores closed either Mondays or Tuesdays. Highly recomment the trolley tour. Hostess was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Great little place!

Us and our two kids stayed there for halloween weekend in Galena. The separate beds in the down stairs room was a plus for them along with having their own bathroom. Nice quiet area and just a quick drive to Galena for all the goodies. Instructions were well displayed so there would be no confusion with check out. It was perfect!

Galena getaway

We loved staying at this property! This is the first time we have stayed at the Galena Territory and enjoyed the area. We swam and the boys golfed. It was a nice getaway! The house was clean and had everything we needed for the 3 nights we stayed. The host also sent us a text when bad weather was in our area. That was super nice.

Galena Getaway

My family and I have been staying in the Territory numerous times and always enjoy our stays. However, you cannot go wrong with staying at this charming townhouse. It was very welcoming. Kitchen was set up with stainless steel appliances, nice dishes and glassware. Any questions we had, Maggie was always responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

There is an ongoing bird theme throughout the property that adds a bit of eclectic whimsy and intentional stylized charm. I look for that in a home rental. It was a great space to have a nice weekend playing board games and driving the short distance to town for meals and shopping on Main Street in Galena.

Loved how accessible it was and such a short drive into town. Very quiet and well maintained. The only “complaint” if you can even call it that, is that the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom was loud when turned on. But honestly, we just kept it off. Would definitely recommend this rental.

It's completely unique! No other townhome of this design has the custom brick wall with a Native American chief carved into it. I was inspired to make this home bird themed by the feathered headdress of the chief and the bird song that is always audible outside the property. Framed bird prints by Audobon, Morris, Harper and others adorn the walls.
