Great Community, amazing private pool, near Disney!

This 4/3 vacation home is located at Sandy Ridge Community, a great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home.
The bedrooms consist of Room #1 A King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a King bed with a TV. Bedroom #3 is our Mickey theme and comes with two twin beds. Bedroom #4 is our Minion theme and comes with two twin beds.
The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with a view to the pool area.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee pot, blender, pots, and pans, dishwasher, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, knives, etc. etc., etc...

Laundry facilities are included
Free WI-FI

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
NO landline phone is provided

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
less than 7 days before arrival.

Home is way more beautiful in person than on the pictures. Pool is a nice size.

Nice house but...

House was easy to find, and get into. Immediate acessement of the house was nice. Mood lights around the pool were hanging in the pool. Several windows had slats missing. Pool table in the game room was missing 2 balls, the foosball table was missing the ball, zero darts for dart board, and no pieces for checkers board. The freezer didnt work at all. We lost 2 boxes of popsicles. Didnt know before we got there that ther was a $56 charge to use the grill. Living room roku remote needed 2 AAA batteries. My daughter got her hand caught in the bifold and needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit. Pool was nice and area was good, but will not be returning.

It was not as expected. The house was unclean. A few dead roaches in the bedrooms. A very dilapidated condemned property next door. Yard very unkept. Very congested and tiny driving path in the community.if I had more time and wouldn't I would have cancelled. The host was rude. I was offered a promotion from VRBO via Wells Fargo to apply for a credit card and get 150;off of my reservation. However, they didn't charge for the reservation only some unknown additional amount they applied but I ended up at 3 days before my arrival the host advised that the reservation hadn't been paid and I needed to pay within 24 hours or my reservation would be cancelled. I made thtTheres more but it would be too much to write. was offered a forfeit my money I would have

Disappointing

We were looking forward to a fun getaway with our 4-year-old grandson, our daughter and her significant other. The house was not very clean (filth on the window sills, spots on the floors, and the pool deck was dirty - probably because there were missing and ripped screens in the pool cage!) The master suite mattress was concave...difficult for 2 to sleep without rolling to the center, and the toilet made a ridiculous "roar" after each flush. The curtains did not cover the windows, and the patio blinds were missing several panes. We did not get to use the pool; the water temp was 72 degrees, and by the time we realized how cold it was, it was really to late to have the heater turned on as it would have taken tool long to warm up. The outside weather was very cool., too. The house is located in an area with very few restaurants, however, a Pubix is very nearby. We have used Vrbo several times in several states, and have always reneted from owners. This was our first time renting from a management company and we were very disappointed in this choice.
