The space
A cozy sanctuary in the heart of Bali - perfect for families (with or without kids) and large groups! Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and many spa’s along Jl. Pangkung Sari, Seminyak.

This villa combines a traditional style with the comfort of hi-end equipments, to offer the best possible experience. Decorations and furnitures are all locally sourced, amongst the best local craftmans.

The layout has been designed to balance privacy with social gatherings, offering a total capacity of 14 paxs.

The 6 comfortable bedrooms all have and individual and private ensuite bathroom plus air conditioning.

The semi-open living space is located under the main Joglo structure with the lounge, a dining area and an opened bar/kitchen area, representing a total of 80 m2.
The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

An additional lounge by the garden is ideal for having a drink all together, surrounded by the huge U-shape pool.

Guest access
This villa is located in the heart of Seminyak, at around 30min drive from the airport. The access is easy and smooth, as the main highway (Jl Sunset Road) will bring you very close to the villa.

The airport transfer can be arranged with our driver at a competitive price. That will smoothen your arrival to the island of the gods.
Other things to note
This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
