Pick Your Sunset Experience!

Quaint and comfortable family getaway; walking distance from the Gulf Beach and Little Lagoon.

This unit features 2 Bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a private bathroom each, plus a queen-sized sleeper sofa and an additional half bath downstairs, sleeping a total of 6 guests.

It also has Wifi and a big screen smart television in the main living area, smart TVs in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, and two dedicated parking spaces.

The property also features a spacious deck and a downstairs private seating area to spread out and enjoy.

Our development also has an outdoor pool, a fishing pier overlooking Little Lagoon, and dedicated beach access that is across the street and a couple of houses down from the property entrance.

Great for families with children!

We live locally and are happy to answer any questions you have about our property or the area.

Right across the street...

...from the beach! Easy access to the beach. Clean and updated property. All the amenities needed for a very relaxing week at the beach. Excellent host. Would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to stay.

I loved this Townhouse

I have stayed in GS several times, this was my favorite, 2 beds up with 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs. The fishing pier with the cleaning station came in handy when my grandson caught his huge red snapper! Mark was a great host, responded to my questions, we loved the place and hope to be back next year!

Great stay.

We had an amazing time. Mark was great and super helpful. The place has been updated. And beautiful done. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The traffic down toward the condo was not busy. So it was easy to cross. Thank you mark

Construction

Overall the stay was okay. I know it would’ve been better if we were there a different week. I was unaware they would be doing roof work on the condo while we were there. Several other people had gotten flat tires while there from nails left on the ground by workers. Luckily we didn’t that I know of. The workers were up and at it 7am every morning with sledgehammers on the roof and big cranes that made quite the noise. Condo also had tons of ants. I don’t know if the owner was aware of this or not before our stay. Otherwise not a far walk from the beach and the back dock was nice. Just wish we knew there would be construction work all week on not only our condo but everyone’s in the complex.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience from the Roofing project. We only found out the schedule just prior to your stay as issues were recently discovered and our Insurance company required immediate replacement. The project was delayed slightly due to weather but is scheduled to be completed this weekend. We have not had an ant problem reported in the past and will address it immediately. Great place to stay. Super convenient to get to the beach. The laguna was nice also. House was plenty for a family of 4.

great condo

this is a very nice beach condo. it was towards the end end of the beach so it very quite and peaceful at night. very quick access to the beach. friendly neighbors. i would definitely come back with my family for another trip in the future!
