Located on the upper level, first is the primary bedroom offering a plush queen-size bed and Smart TV. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms share the large, full bath with a tub/shower combo. A convenient laundry room is provided upstairs for added convenience during your stay.

If you have a large group, we manage 3 homes here in this complex. Two are 3 bedrooms, and one 2 bedroom. We can accommodate! Just inquire, and book early to secure!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Some Beach Chairs are provided with toys, and more. Then sometimes, guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
