Très beau deux chambres - deux salles de bain complètes Condo, rénové et décoré dans des couleurs vives. Situé sur West Beach à seulement 0. 75 miles du centre-ville de Gulf Shores et à quelques pas de l'autre côté de la rue vers le golfe du Mexique avec accès à la plage privée. Il y a deux grandes piscines, une pour les enfants et les adultes et une pour les adultes uniquement, toutes deux avec de grandes terrasses bien équipées.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers plus récents, canapé-lit queen-size, Internet sans fil complet, télévision par câble à écran LCD 32 'et lecteur DVD dans le salon. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen avec téléviseurs LCD 32 ''. Ventilateurs aériens dans le salon et les deux chambres.

Endroit calme à l'arrière du complexe, unité au premier étage # 125, un seul escalier, avec stationnement sous le condo.

Note 1) Ceci est une unité non-fumeur, sans animaux.

Great location across from the beach. Easy to get to and a few local restaurants within walking distance. Loved that there was a pool! Owner is responsive to questions.

We always have a blast here!

We love staying in this condo. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It has 2 nice pools and the beach is just a hop, skip and jump across the street. Easy walk to Hangout and other fun places. Larry is GREAT to work with.

Great beach vacation condo.

Great place to stay for our week in Gulf Shores, across the street from the beach. Easy access to the beach. The condo had all the necessary dishes, pots, pans etc. to cook with, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo in the condo as well. Loved sitting out on the deck in the evening.

Nice place to vacation

The condo was clean with all the amenities a person would need. My twin sister was with me to celebrate our birthday (75). The only draw back was it was not located on the beach side. Will be back to vacation.

I was very pleased with the condo. Very clean when we arrived. We were right across the street from beach. Easy excess to the restaurants and stores. Will be there again next year. It was a great place to stay, I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Loved location walking distance from shops and just across street from beach!

Loved the walk across street to beach! Liked nostalgia of real 🔑 keys, I could tell this condo complex has been through some weather, but over all clean rooms and living area. Found mold on inside of shower curtain and in washer machine, but other wise appliances all worked well. Would still recommend.

Condo located on 2nd floor

The condo was nice. However, it is located on the second floor and I was not aware of that. Parking is under the condo. Had trouble getting the key out of the lockbox, but talked to the owner and was able to open it. The location of the condo was good. All in all it was a good place.

Very nice condo had a lot of room ,beach across the road. We could also see the beach from the living. Had couple issue (nothing big ) but I had Mr.Larry # and email . if u need him very easy to get in touch .. that’s what I like about renting from a person. If we need to talk to the owner we could.. we will be coming back for Christmas and for summer 2023 Thank you again for allowing us to stay Again thank you
