A spacious 2/2 ground floor condo Located in the Sea Sands Condos just off of 11th St.
Come relax and enjoy this spacious ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that has 2 master king suites. Your shaded patio overlooks the grass area great for kids to play in. The living room has a sofa sleeper and another couch with recliners for your comfort. (the pictured sectional couches have been replaced) There are 2 twin sized roll away beds tucked away in the closet for your use.
This condo is located in the SeaSands condos and has a large community pool and BBQ grills for your use. This condo is located in the golf cart approved driving area. There is a fish cleaning station for your use on property and a coin operated laundry room.
You'll feel right at home. There is lots of parking, so bring your boat too. Plus a coin operated laundry room for your convenience. There is also a boardwalk to the beach about 8-10 minutes walk away.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
