Located in the Beachside community, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo offers elegance and includes access to a gorgeous saltwater community pool (heated in the winter months) with a slide and Palapa.
As you enter this lovely home you are welcomed with a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a large fridge with an ice maker, granite counter-tops stocked with basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, all the modern amenities you'd expect right at your fingertips. The beachy décor is carried throughout the home. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Additional seating for three is available at the bar. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat made for relaxing and watching movies and sports on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are plenty of board games on the nearby shelf for kids and families to play together. There is a half bath on the bottom level for your convenience. Sip your morning coffee or adult beverage on the private, quaint, back patio in the ocean breeze. Venture upstairs to the bedrooms and gaming area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has two sets of Twin over Full bunk beds, a TV, and a chest. Access to the balcony is through this room as well. You can view the community and nearby neighborhoods from this covered outdoor seating area. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The kids will spend hours in the hall gaming area consisting of an arcade with over 60 games and an air hockey table. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hall. It has a King bed, nightstands, closet, TV, and armoire for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a large, glass-enclosed shower. This gorgeous townhome is the ultimate spot for a family vacation, conveniently located 0.4 miles to the beach and 0.7 miles to shops and restaurants.
