A cozy yet spacious cottage in a gorgeous setting. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms well appointed. Unfortunately we didn't get an opportunity to visit the tasting room next door but hope to on a return visit. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs along on our visit, too!

If one wants quiet beauty, the cottage is perfect. It's comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is equipped for whatever kind of meal a visitor might want to enjoy. The area itself has lots do to with Monticello and other historic settings, various wineries and hiking trails near by.

It was ideal if you wanted to go to the winery next door. Quite outdated inside. Comfy, but could have been cleaner. Highlight was the coffee maker lol. We had a great time but not sure we would stay there again.

We were in Charlottesville on a long wine-weekend; so what better place to stay than at a winery! It's a very cute property and very convenient. We had 2 dogs with us, so the fenced back yard was nice. I walk the dogs every day and the property is about 1/2 mile from the main road, so down and back makes for a nice walk. The winery itself has some very nice wines...since it's summer, we really enjoyed the viognier. The tasting room is 1 minute walk out the front door...so very easy to go get a bottle for the back deck where we could let the dogs run around. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

The cottage was great. It was clean and well stocked. The only downside is there is no dishwasher. So all dishes had to be washed by hand.

Perfection!!! I don’t think the pictures did justice for this adorable cottage. The absolute cutest and a perfect location with amazing views. Definitely will be back. Loved everything about our stay.

Martin Luther King Weekend

We loved the cottage and being next door to The Merrie Mill Winery tasting room. Its a beautiful setting and we cant wait to come back. Loved it so much, we stayed an extra night.

Charming cottage

Loved our stay! The Clementine Cottage was so charming and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for our stay and the short walk to Merrie Mill Winery was a plus. One of our favorite wineries in VA! Cannot wait to come back.

Exceptional stay!

Such a great stay! Well stocked, no issues with communicating, and extremely easy check-in and check out process. Location and proximity to the tasting room is literally steps away. Decor and furnishings are thoughtful and cute. We all loved it!

Amazing cottage and winery!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the clementine cottage!! Very accommodating and clean! Comfortable beds and beautiful views! The winery and live music was definitely a perk with great food and of course, wine! We will definitely return, thank you!

Beautiful and charming cottage

Literally steps away from the tasting room, and when the customers leave, you have the vineyard to yourself. Really nicely appointed cottage and the stars at night are unmatched. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Adorable cottage

We (3 adults and 2 large dogs) enjoyed our stay! The cottage was comfortable and much larger inside than it appears in images. The backyard is wonderful for dogs and the outdoor table/chairs are perfect for enjoying a glass of wine! Highly recommend and would stay here again!
