Great stay!

This place was great! Conveniently close to beach access.. only a small walk to Publix the beach and plenty of walkable restaurants.

Host was very accommodating

We had to add an extra night last minute and the host was very accommodating. We also loved the location and enjoyed hanging out at the pool! Would stay here again

Overall a lovely stay

The location is excellent and the room quality was impeccable. Very clean, comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in process was difficult, our door code did not work initially to get in. Due to the fact that we were checking in on a Saturday night we had a difficult time communicating with the property owner. Every other time we needed to communicate with the owner he was prompt and easy to communicate with. We visited with our 2.5 year old son, my husband and myself. The listing stated this was a 1 bedroom, but it was a studio, there is no seperate bedroom. We were able to put my son in a single Ottoman bed in the large closet to give my husband and myself some privacy. The pool and pool deck area is fantastic, well maintained and clean. The pool was so warm and even when it was only 68 degrees outside, we were able to enjoy it. The location is superb, so easy to walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, a playground, tennis courts, etc. Everything is at your fingertips. While we made this property work with a toddler and 2 adults, I believe the location would be better suited to a childless couple or a few friends who were travelling together. Overall, other than the hiccup with checking in, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for people looking for a relaxing peaceful Florida vacation.
