Peaceful lake house with private boat ramp and 2 docks

Peaceful, flat lakefront house with private boat ramp and plenty of dock space. Fully equipped kitchen and covered grill/burners and fridge outside. The outside has a smart tv with streaming services. Commercial ice maker. Plenty of land parking and beds, especially for kids. 2 Queen air mattresses with pump for extra guests. Back porch seats 14 with extra seats available. Basic pantry/cooking items are available. Living room has full/queen futon and a Serta queen size couch that lays back into a bed. The ottoman can be unfolded into a twin size bed. A variety of board/card games are located in the trunk in the living room. The living room tv has Apple TV with streaming services. The master bedroom has a king size bed and smart tv. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen size beds and twin bunk beds with a Roku tv. Bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle. A washer and dryer are available with detergent sheets provided. Extra beach towels are located in the master bedroom. This house is designed for enjoying beautiful Lake Martin with family and friends. We look forward to you loving the lake like we do!

This is our third time renting this property, obviously, we love it! Tanya is an amazing host and the property has all of the important amenities that you would want in a lake house! The porch and pavilion make outdoor living a luxury!

Great Place to enjoy Lake Martin

We enjoyed a long weekend to attend our daughter’s graduation at Auburn. This place was perfect for a little gathering to celebrate her on beautiful Lake Martin. We did have rain our last day
but no problem because this place offers a LARGE COVERED front porch with plenty of seating and tables.

Incredible house

Perfect for our Thanksgiving. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The location was convenient and the area is beautiful. Next time we stay longer to take advantage of the outdoor living area. Incredible house.

Girl’s Weekend

Chose this place because had lots of sleeping options. It’s a beautiful location. Great places to gather inside, out on the patio, down on the dock, or by the outdoor kitchen area. One SIL is talking about bringing her kids and grandkids for a stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Getaway!

House and outdoor set up were great for a low-key lake getaway! The kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Highlight of the trip was renting a pontoon boat from Harbor Pointe Marina and tubing. Host was very responsive and attentive!

A lot of open common space, nice porch and outside cooking area with plenty of seating! Ice maker comes in handy, and the private boat ramp worked out great.

Peaceful location

This was our second time staying here for our yearly family vacation. We really enjoy the house and the location, it’s not a busy area of the lake so we don’t have a lot of boat traffic to deal with. Tanya is great to rent from and very responsive to any needs that may come up.

Our family had the best time staying at this property. This is our 2nd year spending the week of the 4th of July at this property. The lake views and the house are perfect for a large family.

LOVE EVERYTHING

This is a nice house ducked off in Sandy Creek. The house is very nice, clean and the owners are extremely easy to communicate with on anything you need. We have stayed 4 times and planning to return soon!!!! If you need to boat to things on the Lake use google maps. Easy to get to marinas and Chimney Rock.
