Our stay was amazing! Marc was extremely helpful and informative about the penthouse and Bruges. He had a lot of books, maps, and printouts of restaurants, pubs, and sites. We loved that he had bikes with bags and locks for our free use. The penthouse was very comfortable and charming, with every need covered. He was also a great host who drove us to the train station when we left.

Really nice, well kept apartment in a brilliant central location. Facilities were excellent, private garage parking. Marc was the best host with excellent knowledge of the area, very approachable and went the extra mile. Even jump started our car which had a flat battery! Will stay here again next time.

We had a wonderful stay in Bruges. The apartment is perfectly located to explore all parts of the city and Marc is an excellent host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it was great being able to get picked up from the station. We loved wandering the pretty streets, chocolate shops and cycling (Marc kindly let us borrow a bike). Would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to return.Thanks Marc and Rika for your hospitality.

The owner was lovely and very helpful. Perfect location right in the centre of town. The parking garage is just underneath the building which is very convenient. Extremely comfortable apartment. Unbelievably beautiful place and THE GREATEST HOST'S EVER!! Marc was a 11 out of 10. From picking us from the train station to dropping us off. Incredible location, Incredible view from patio. Comfortable beds, everything you need. The bathroom was large and two living rooms. The beer glass collection is epic. And my Christmas gift was the tastiest ever. The best VRBO experience ever.

The perfect place to stay in Bruges. Incredible hosts, who even picked us up at the train station and took us back, and provided tons of information and bicycles! The location is perfect, just two blocks from the main square. The apartment is amazing, super-clean, and stocked with everything you will need. The outside terrace is delightful to sit and enjoy the carillon bells. A million stars!!

The perfect stay - they’re the perfect hosts. They were super accommodating and even lent us bikes to enjoy during the stay. The apartment is well decked out with everything you might need. The weather was awesome for us, 25-32 degrees every day. We particularly liked the outdoor terrace which was ideal for eating out and playing games into the evening whilst listening to the carillon. Highly recommend, very central feels like you are a Bruggian for the week

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything we wanted. Marc was great and even picked us up from the train station. He showed us all kinds of local spots to check out. Our kids loved the place as well. We would definitely recommend staying here with your family.

Discovering Bruges

Our family enjoyed what turned out to be an extremely clean and spacious loft apartment for discovering Bruges. An abundance of thanks to our host Marc; who was most generous and attentive to our every need! It's clear that Marc has invested a lot of time and energy in renovating the space, while being mindful in trying to maintain much of the old world charm associated with the home. We recommend the space and most certainly look forward to a future stay.

This property could not be more perfect for a trip to Bruges! I don't know where to begin... The location is phenomenal, just a short walk from the main square, all the major sites, great restaurants and a grocery. The apartment is charming, spacious, spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (including bicycles!). To say the host, Marc, is gracious world be a gross understatement. From his communication to his greeting on arrival, and all the little touches, Marc is truly a super host. (I'm a VRBO host with over 400 five start ratings and he puts me to shame!)Do not hesitate to rent this property if it's available, you will not regret it! Thank you again, Marc.

Great Bruges residence

This apartment was excellent for my family’s stay in Bruges. The host had thoughtfully prepared for our arrival and check-in was seamless. The residence is charming and in an excellent location to explore the town’s sights and attractions. We arrived by car so the included parking was very convenient, as was use of the host’s bicycles which we took advantage of. Our stay was a memorable one and we will definitely seek out this residence again for our next visit.
