Experience Bristol from this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath duplex with hardwood flooring and charming original finishes from the 1930s. This downtown villa is conveniently located 1 minute to State Street with easy access to attractions and dining.

Enjoy a home-cooked meal from the kitchen and pair a vino from a local winery. Explore some of the nearby caverns, take a stroll to the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, or take a day trip to Historic Abingdon for attractions, hiking and wineries!

This duplex unit is ideal for working nomads or couples! With tons of character and charm, this step-free, one-level living villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, baking dishes, oils, spices, and more!

Relax in the step-free shower/tub combo with jets or have a seat in the private garden area. All windows have blackout Levelor shades for privacy as well.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We spent three nights here and loved this place. The location is convenient and quiet and the house is so comfy and inviting. Maria provided easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. We will be visiting Bristol again and will definitely book the Villa again.

The Glenway Villa was all it was advertised to be and more. This home was very beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Maria was very nice and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to enjoy this home again when we visit the area.

Pictures don't do this property justice. Beautiful inside. Nice quiet neighborhood. Away from the hustle and bustle but close to downtown Bristol and a grocery store. Def recommended this place. Thanks for a great stay.

The Villa was a lovely place to spend a few days. Clean, spacious, with a minimal/tasteful design aesthetic, we couldn’t have found anything quite like it in the area. Convenient to downtown Bristol, it made our late timing to the Roots festival a little less nerve racking. The host Maria was easy to communicate with and the Villa was well stocked with coffee, tea, and other goodies as well. Highly recommended.

Supremely satisfying accommodations

The entire experience was first rate from booking to check out. It exceeded our expectation which was amazing given the fact we actually lived in that neighborhood years ago. We were hoping for a house to entertain friends from the past and to make us feel as if we were “going home.” This property was perfect for our mission. Sincere thanks to the owners. Weekend in Bristol

This property was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect getaway. Maria, was truly an outstanding host. She was extremely communicative, and the house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood minutes away from downtown Bristol. It was very spacious, quaint, and peaceful. This was probably one of the nicest rental properties we stayed in. Very appreciative that it was even more than we anticipated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Return visit

This is the second stay at this property. It felt once again as if this was our "Bristol home" since we actually owned a home nearby for 14 years. Everything about this property was first rate, including the heating system. The weather was VERY cold for Bristol, and the property was warm and comfortable at all times. The kitchen is extremely well equipped allowing us to fix meals easily and even invite guests for a gourmet meal. We recommend this property without reservation.

Gorgeous Home Close to Downtown Bristol

A beautiful, comfortable space with many thoughtful touches throughout the home. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions & communications, the fan, the variety of coffees on-hand, and the view of the lovely courtyard out the big dining room windows. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is extremely convenient to all that downtown Bristol has to offer, we really enjoyed our stay!
