Notre loft est situé au 2Úme étage. Seulement 26 étapes jusqu'au Live Like Local Loft!


Par temps chaud, il y a plusieurs événements musicaux en direct, il y a donc un potentiel de bruit. Cependant, il existe une ordonnance municipale selon laquelle toute musique doit se terminer à 23 heures.


Ce bùtiment a plus de 100 ans et nous l'avons magnifiquement restauré. Vous trouverez beaucoup de charme avec une touche moderne! Nous avons conservé les murs de briques d'origine dans le grenier. Nous avons des normes de nettoyage trÚs élevées, mais vous pouvez parfois trouver la poussiÚre de brique naturelle. Dans le grenier, vous trouverez des poutres apparentes au plafond et beaucoup de caractÚre dans le grenier.


Nous avons plusieurs centres de fitness situés à proximité qui offrent des tarifs journaliers.

Best place to stay with the best hosts. Messaged that we would be in later than expected and they made sure we didn’t show up to a dark loft. We were so impressed and so grateful from moment one of our arrival. Karen and Monica thought of everything. Every little detail, things you might have forgotten were available and the instructions provided and labeling of the light switches was brilliant! We cannot wait to return. Highly recommend 100/100 best stay ever. Thank you for making our time at loft 3 an incredible experience and a fun memory.

This is a delightful loft! Right in the heart of town with easy access to everything. There is a reserved parking spot and Karen had great suggestions on where to eat and info about activities that were going on during our stay. Just lovely!

This was the cutest loft. The location was fantastic as you can walk to everything. It was clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully, and had everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Our host gave us a great deal of information to help with our stay, and there were snacks for us to enjoy. By far, one of the best stays we have had and we will definitely come back!

We had an excellent stay in Karen's loft! Everything was immaculately cleaned and smelled great! She even stocked us with snacks and drinks. She thought of everything to help a guest rest easy and enjoy the area. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the decor was eclectic and homey. We thoroughly recommend her and her property!

The loft was amazing!!! The host provided for every need down to shampoo and a fridge stocked with sodas and water. It is a beautiful property, well decorated and exceptionally clean. The area has quant shops and cool restaurants with plenty to do. We will be back!

This has the be the coolest spot in Bristol It was our second visit and we love this loft! As long as we're young enough to climb the stairs, we'll keep coming back. Karen is the best and offered some great suggestions for local restaurants and activities.

Not only is the property absolutely beautiful and perfect location

This spacious 2 BR loft is full of character and charm! Our Bordertown Loft is located in the heart of downtown Bristol VA/TN. Come relax, rest & renew, then discover our great downtown. Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping. The coolest thing is that your loft is located above our ice cream and candy shop. Where we make the best homemade fudge EVER! Stop in for a free sample. Come let us pamper you!

Our downtown is very walkable. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Bristol. If you have your own vehicle we have a dedicated parking space during your stay. There is also Uber/Lyft service. There are rental cars available at the airport. We have limited bus transportation downtown.

Our loft is located on the second floor. Only 26 steps up to the Bordertown Loft.

During warmer weather months, there several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11pm.

This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed ceiling beams and lots of character throughout.

We have several fitness centers nearby that offer daily rates.
