I really enjoyed my stay with family. It was nice and clean. Very nice set up. I really enjoyed the fact I could have my dogs with me and that the front porch was fenced in and they could enjoy lying in the sun on it and be safe .

This house was perfect for a long stay with it costing a fortune. Our host Wes was great to work with and alway made himself available. I would highly recommend this home especially for long stays. We appreciated having a pet friendly place to stay while our daughter who lives in Bristol gave birth to her baby. We also loved the close distance to the Hard Rock Casino. We will definitely be staying again.

Cute little house! Only thing that was a bummer was there was no coffee available for the coffee pot. Everything else was great! Great location, great house, & great neighborhood!

Good stay close to everything

I gave it a 4 star because of the grass being very high and cared for. The house was very clean. It does have a strong smoke oder. Stocked with all paper goods and plenty of bedding, soaps and shompoos.

Convenient location, clean, plenty of towels & toiletries. Nice having a washer. But the property had many needed repairs that would be simple to take care of. The screen door was damaged, the microwave didn't work, no toaster as listed, the shower handle literally fell off & had to be maneuvered to turn the water on at all. One bedroom had carpet that was stained & smelled. There was also a crack in the wall. We just closed that door & didn't use that room at all. The living room furniture seemed dirty. It's an old house with foundation / settling issues. But it was clean, with comfortable beds & good water pressure.

Great place!

It’s an older house, but has had a lot of work done. Very clean. Great area and quiet neighborhood. Host is very quick to reply to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and clean

We, 5 of us adults, stayed May 22nd as we visited family on our way to Gatlinburg. This was a nice and very clean place. The location was great..across from the Casino. All of us slept so well on the mattresses. Super comfortable. Communication was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us. Laura

We came for an archery tournament the house was very clean, quiet, close to Walmart and casino. Could use a few dish towels and plastic wrap or foil and regular knives. We would definitely stay again.

Just stopping by

Our family is traveling to Pigeon Forge and needed a one night stay. Perfect location. Very nice quiet home. Back door entrance is quite the step into the house. Also the screen is broken. Everything else was great, thank you.

Pictures of the property were misleading of what the house really was like. Very rundown with flooring being warped. Had to remove the coffee table because it was about to fall apart and dangerous for my grandchildren. Definitely not what we were expecting so I would not recommend this property in the future.

Adequate for one overnight

Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short overnight during a road trip. Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)

We had an issue with the shower. We never came across a shower that you had to be a scientist to turn it on. Then one night i was showering and it backed up. There was a hair ball clogged the drain. Almost puked trying to get it out. My husband did it, and it was the size of a baseball.so gross!!
