Villa Oceana-The Villas at Horned Dorset Primavera-Private Plunge Pool

Upon entering The Villas at Horned Dorset, you'll be embraced by lush gardens, Mediterranean design, and an infinity pool seamlessly blending with the ocean. The serene ambiance ensures a tranquil stay, while the central location offers easy access to Rincon's town, beaches, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets—providing a diverse vacation experience, whether you prefer relaxation within the villa or lively exploration in Rincon.

The Villas at the Horned Dorset Primavera are next to the hotel Horned Dorset Primavera (which is closed as of this writing) and they run completely separate.

Villa Oceana consists of two spacious floors with tropical colonial decoration. On the first floor you will find; a kitchenette (with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses and silverware), a dining table for four people, a working desk, a sofa bed and a full bathroom.

Enjoy the backyard's ocean view, surrounded by lush foliage. Unwind by the private plunge pool, equipped with two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a bar table with two stools. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crashing waves, singing birds and the enchanting chorus of coquis at night. Beneath a majestic mango tree, witness the night sky adorned with sparkling stars.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a free standing tub and separate shower all covered in Carrara marble. There is also a space to sit and relax, read a book or listen to music.

There are 2 beach chairs, a small cooler and beach towels available for guests to use. Please wash (rinse with water) the beach chairs and cooler after using them so that future guests can also enjoy them. There is a water nozzle in the backyard.

TV: There is a Smart TV connected to wifi. Main Apps are downloaded. Many free channels through the Samsung TV Plus App. There is no Cable TV.

There is a generator that covers the entire complex in case of a power failure.

HOUSE RULES:

IMPORTANT: The front door locks automatically when you close it. Keep keys with you every time you go out.

*Check-in time is at 4:00 pm.

*Check-out time is at 11:00 am.

*Strictly no pets or smoking allowed on property at any time. A $500 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.

*No extra guests, visitors or parties permitted at the property or to use the infinity pool. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

*Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

*Don't sit on sofas, beds or furniture with wet bathing suits.

*Don't share the lock box code with anyone.

*Keep all furniture and accessories in its place. Don't place hot or wet cups, bottles or cans on tables or night stands, they tend to damage easily.

*Don't use towels or linens to clean any spill or makeup. Stained towels and linens will be charged.

*Please turn off all air conditioners when away for long periods of time, also when you check out. Utilities in PR are very expensive.

*Please throw away garbage from kitchen and bathrooms when you check out. The garbage cans are right outside at the entrance of the complex

*Don't leave food in the y refrigerator.

*Leave the keys and beeper inside the key lock box.
