Amazing stay on the Sea

Perfect & magical location on the edge of the sea. Spectacular views of the sunset every night from multiple balconies and terraces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (shared with other guests from other units). Owner was great. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Would stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

The property was beautiful and directly over the water with amazing Sunset views. The staff was extremely responsive and all our questions were answered promptly by Tamara and her staff. The kitchen was very well appointed and the property as well. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. The outside living space was large and functional - we spent the majority of our time out there and even ate all our meals out there. It’s spacious and clean. The condo itself isn’t super fancy but it didn’t need to be - it was clean and it had all the necessities. We loved this place, it was perfect for our family of 7.

Great Location with Great Service Team

Nice spot with great outdoor space. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. You can seriously snorkel from the steps that go directly from the home into the ocean. Beautiful beach right there. Unbelievable sunsets. Furniture and appliances are very dated. All need to be replaced.

Grizel and her staff could not be more accommodating, better service than any hotel. We rented 2 villas, the set ups were perfect, the views were amazing, safe neighborhood and were able to laugh about the annoying roosters. I highly recommend these villas, definitely plan to come back!

The listing was definitely not a lie. The view was absolutely stunning. The condo was very clean if i could have given a higher rating i would. We fully enjoyed our stay at this marvelous property. It was well prepared and ready and the hosts were responsive in a timely manner while being courteous. The sunsets were stunning with a balcony area large enough to comfortably handle our family of 7 and 2 adult guests. The hot tub on the balcony was splendid - sitting and hearing the waves while seeing the stars was an experience I will not forget. We had a great time and can recommend staying here without hesitation. We would love to return. Peace be with you.

Spectacular views and sunsets and great location…….First let me say the contact was very responsive with answers to questions when we were booking the Villa. The Villa occupies 10 people. The contact on the ground once we arrived was also very responsive. They brought fresh towels and changed the linens on day 4. The beds were comfortable. The location was conveniently located to beaches, good restaurants, food stores etc. That being said the pictures and description of the property and of amenities were not as described on the VRBO website. Many of the door bottoms were warped and damaged and did not close well. There were no hangers in any of the 5 bedrooms and we had to buy some to accommodate our clothes. There was a single serve expresso maker not really workable/efficient for the number of people. We were able to finally get a drip coffee maker. The pool on the roof was dirty. The staff requested it be cleaned and that was actually completed a day before our departure. The spa, though already set for 104 degrees, was very cold and that was never repaired. The hammock on the first use, by my husband, immediately pulled the attachment off the wall. The attachments were rusted through (my husband is not a big man) and he fell to the floor. We were lucky he did not get hurt. Someone came to repair it, bought hardware etc but never completed the job so we never could use it. The clothes dryer did not dry the clothes at all.

Breathtaking View

If you fell in love with this view as I did you will not be disappointed. We mainly stayed out in the balcony and that was well worth it. Loved the rooftop pool as well. The town of Rincon was very nice and surprisingly eclectic. We had a great time. The only thing is that I would say is the inside furniture is not fantastic. It may be the ocean air and perhaps some previous guests were not to gentle but the inside furniture was not great. The bed in the master bedroom is definitely not comfortable to sleep in nor are the sofas. Also the furniture is not upscale. Still I would come back just to experience this balcony.

PR Fun Family Vacation

Dec 28, 2021-Jan 7, 2022. Our family stayed at this lovely property. There were 9 of us ranging from 10 to 71 years of age. There was plenty of room. It is located literally right on the ocean. That said, the beach right outside the property is not really functional depending on the tide. The view is spectacular. The property itself is very nice and spacious. The breeze off the ocean was really nice, but the property does get warm inside. Each room has AC, but the property regulates the usage unless you want to pay extra. The patio was amazing, night and day and the hot tub was used every day. There is plenty of lounging area. On top of the property is another massive patio/outlook area. The pool on the roof is tiny, not representative of the pictures, but the area itself is awesome. The pool is fine for smaller kids, but it is not an adult size pool, other than just wading in the water. The location is really nice on the west side of the island, but it is a long drive from the San Juan airport. Beware of the resident drivers, they follow their own traffic rules. There are awesome local food stands to get fresh fruits and veggies. Also, keep in mind, the local area is on Island Time, and not everything is always open even if it is advertised as open. There is a great beach down the road that is about a 2-3 minute walk with your beach gear. Plenty of waves, there are reefs and you can see a lot of aquatic life, so bring your googles to explore. Overall we would give this property a 4.5 out of 5 stars, and would certainly come back if Puerto Rico is ever in our future. The property management was always prompt in responding to our questions and needs. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Perfect for a group!

We loved staying here and all of the amenities! We were able to choose the beach or pool and there was plenty of space for 8 people. Management was very responsive and helped whenever we needed something. Cannot recommend Stella enough!

The place location is perfect but too many things are not working. Wouldn’t recommended.

After arriving to the villa we noticed that 1 air conditioner was not working and 2 of them was not cooling. We spoke with the contact person and she tried to reboot the air conditioner and still were not working. The next day according to the contact person a technician came (I did not see nobody) and told her that the one that was not working had an error and had to brake the wall in order to fixed and the other were broken and had to be changed. My impression was that they new the A/C were not working. I asked for a price adjustment due to this. Additionally the wifi was not working and the pool was not clean when we arrived. My previous experience with HomeAway were excellent this one was not. I suggest you take out this place of your listing as it not represents your brand.

Sorry 1 of the 7 AC units inside this unit was not cooling 100% correctly, the other ACs were working, and it was found to be "operator error", not a malfunction of the AC. Grizel intermediately contact the AC repair person and also brought you extra fans and she also offered you the use of the villa next door in addition to this villa. Unsure why you did not accept her offer? Clearly it was not that hot! In addition, we also allowed a late check out. Unsure what we could have done differently, but we did not feel that it justified a free stay! This review came the same day I received another 5 star review (from a well known review company Trip A) who said "True Paradise We spent five fabulous days at Sunset Paradise. Everything was in order and as advertised/promised. Our Villa was well equipped and clean. The common areas and facilities are valid a five stars rating. Grisel and Carlos were also helpful and welcoming." In fact, we have recent earned a "Certificate of Excellence" award for having 98 percent approval ratings for over 23 years in business!

Very nice!

The villa is very nice inside, great atmosphere, great size rooms, very clean and good working AC. . The porch outside was destroyed by Maria so it’s nothing like the pictures. The rooftop terrace is awesome. The beach is useless though. It’s Rocky and violent. Maybe for kayaking. The manager of the place was the best part! Very helpful, efficient and accommodating lady😊. Highly recommend it.

The property is located from downtown about 5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes walking.

To the lighthouse and the surfing beaches it can take 11 minutes by car and more than an hour walking.

For those who are enthusiastic about the sport of surfing, Rincón has excellent beaches that produce world-class waves. The wave season starts in October and ends in April.

In Rincón we enjoy very good gastronomy, art and culture.

Rincón has different offer of bars and restaurants, and tour operators for horseback riding, hiking, visiting waterfalls, agriculture, surfing lessons, sailing, and more.
