Front Sitting Room Have guests over or need a space to hold a meeting? This front room is ideal for entertaining or spending some time on your own. You can get comfy on either the loveseat sofa or one of the fun red chairs that give the room personality and flair.
Living Room Settle in on the family room leather sofa right next to the gas fireplace with a drink and some take-out for a night in, streaming your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. This room is elegant and comfortable, and a great space to kick your feet up after a day of work or exploring the city and surrounding areas.
Home Office If you’re visiting Calgary for a workcation, on a business trip, or need to keep up with projects while away, you’ll love how ideal the dedicated workspace is. This space is set up for you to have the privacy you need to make or take calls. There’s also a shelf for keeping your things organized and a couch for when you need to take a break or clock out for a midday nap.

Primary Bedroom with Ensuite Located on the top floor, you’ll find the primary suite with a queen-sized bed, a reading chair, and a full private bathroom.
Bedroom #2 with Shared Bathroom The second guest room is also located on the top floor with a twin bed, a reading chair and a workspace. If you’re travelling with kids who are homeschooling or doing class online, this room will be ideal for helping them stay on course.
Bedroom #3 with Shared Bathroom The third bedroom is also located on the top floor with a queen-sized bed, side table and lamp for late-night reading and a large window allowing the room to fill with natural light throughout the day. There’s also ample closet space and a dresser for tucking away luggage.
Additional Sleeping The office space has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate an additional guest.
BATHROOMS Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

The Highland is less than a 20-minute drive from the Calgary International Airport. We recommend having a personal car for running errands and getting around the city. However, public transportation and Uber, Lyft and taxi services all have a solid presence in the area.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Everything we could have asked for - comfort, spacious, quiet neighborhood, cosy & private patio, backyard for our little pet and thoughtfully well stocked kitchen.
This will be our go to rental on our trips to Calgary, especially comfortable with bringing our little dog! Ease for us all!
One little thing to improve on: although it has AC it would be nice to have a fan in each bedroom upstairs to help circulate the air when it gets summertime hot.

Comfortable Calgary Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently-located Calgary home. Not a far drive to downtown, and quite close to Calaway Park for the kids. House was clean and well laid out for our family's stay. Nice quiet outdoor deck to lounge in the warm weather. Useful den/office area upstairs for me to catch up on emails. Outdoor garbage cans were full when we arrived, but owners were fine with our suggestion to leave bagged garbage in the garage instead.

I liked the decor and the fact that there was lots of space for our large group to spread out.We didn’t use the gym… a media room or extra bedroom would’ve been more useful for our group but could be appreciated by many, I’m sure. I liked the egg chair and outside space!The hosts were accommodating and quick to reply. My only change would be the lighting was very harsh on my neurodivergent self but we were able to find lamps to mitigate the problem.Overall it was a great stay and we will be back again soon:)
