This is the perfect choice for large or multiple families to spend their time together. The two villas are next to each other, each one with a large jacuzzi and an ocean front pool. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with the turquoise ocean just a few steps from your gate.

We cannot stress enough for all potential guests to read our listing & rules in full detail before booking, to ensure our place is satisfactory for your needs.

1. Villa Turkquoise is a two-bedroom villa, one bedroom with queen size bed and the second one with a king size bed. In the living room we also have a full-size sofa bed that sleeps two. The villa has two full bathrooms.
2. Villa Azul [s a three-bedroom villa, two bedrooms with queen size beds and the third one with 3 single bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers. In the living room we also have a queen size sofa bed that sleeps two. The villa has two full bathrooms.
3. The kitchen area has an open concept to the dining room for enjoying your meals and time together. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, toaster, blender, and a traditional coffee maker!
4. Villa Turkquoise has one large TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. Villa Azul has one large TV in the living room.
5. Both villas have a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
6. Yes, each villa has it's own private pool and jacuzzi on the beach, just for you and your family. Please rinse your feet before entering the pool and jacuzzi.
7. DO NOT remove the pool robot from the pool. If you would like to have it moved, please contact us and we will arrange it. If the robot if moved out of the pool while the motor still on, it will damage the motor.
8. We provide lounge beach chairs, side tables, a large beach cabana and towels. Please bring all towels in when you are finished using them on the beach. Please do not take bathroom towels out to the beach or pool. Several beach towels have been provided for this use. If you need more, please ask.
9. Our sheets are the highest quality for your comfort. Additional bed linens and towels are located in the walk-in closet. Please help yourself to whatever you need. Place the soiled linens and towels in the clothes hamper.
10. Split ACs are located throughout the villa. Electricity is very expensive on the island. If you have the AC ON, please keep all doors closed. We appreciate your cooperation. If you want to keep the screened doors and windows open and enjoy the Trade Winds, please turn off AC’s. Please turn all AC units off when you know you are going to be away for long period of time. We really appreciate it!
11. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, you are welcome to do so outside on the deck, please make sure you use ashtrays.
12. We provide a small safe for you to store some important items such as passports, cash, laptops, etc.
13. Please lock all doors and windows, each time you leave and at night while you sleep.
14. Before you Check Out
• Please make sure all debris and garbage is in trash cans provided or removed to the trash bin outside the villa
• Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned
• All AC units are turned off

A few important things to keep in mind:
- Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). If you have a trip longer than a week or are coming with a larger group, please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.
-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This villa is video monitored outdoors for security purposes at all times.
-Any stay of a trained pet MUST be disclosed when booking. Pet fee might apply. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time.
