Enjoy Port A sunsets and walks to the beach. Dream Chaser is located only 2 blocks
from the beach. All on one level with two master bedrooms, and a great porch to enjoy while sipping your coffee or grilling up something for the family. This coastal cutie has a large living room with sofa sleeper, large flat Roku TV’s and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with barstool seating for dining. Full size washer/dryer are tucked neatly away. King Master bedroom (BR1) has TV, closet, chest and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full size bedroom (BR2) has TV, closet, chest and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming and soaking up the Texas sun at the community pool after a day at the beach. Very cute and clean

Nice spot to stay walking distance from the beach. We weren’t expecting it to be in a collection of duplexes on a single lot, but the neighbors were nice and we enjoyed talking to some. The decor is cute and comfortable.

Nice little getaway in a good location. Outdoor shower by the pool and water hose were nice so we could wash the sand off before going inside.

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and everything was great. The check in process was a little bit of a hassle because we never received our check in email. It took over. A couple hours to get in touch with property manager. Once we were able to get checked in, everything ran smoothly. Would revisit again.

Overall good

The property was cute and cozy. There was a couple of things they had to come fix but they jumped right on it and fixed it. Renters need to start telling the owners when something is broke cause other wise they don't know and can't fix it for the next person. I will rent there again.

Beach condo

Nice place and great location, it’s townhouse style with pool right across, the pool is smaller than in picture, only getting 4 and half foot deep and if the sun is out it gets lukewarm by the end of the day . They had a shower and water hose outside to wash off and wash golf cart out. The mattress and pillows were very worn and soft, I personally like a harder mattress. If you have a larger family would recommend bringing extra towels and wash clothes. They had 7-8 towels and 4 wash cloths but taking multiply showers after water activities you have to do a lot of washing. Having the washer and dryer was a great necessity to have. It was in a great location an 8 min walk to the beach. If you are in car or cart about a minute drive, and about an 10 minute drive to each side of the island. Overall great place for the price and location.

Cute space - Walkable to the Beach

It was super nice to be able to walk to the beach. If you are a group who takes a lot of items with you to the beach, you might want to rent a golf cart. But we are pretty low-key so the short walk was no problem. I'm not sure it would sleep 8 people. We only had 3, so it wasn't an issue at all. One king size bed, one full size bed (listed as queen, but felt smaller and the sheets definitely had a large F on them noting full), and a full size pullout couch. Had a small issue with the fan/light not working in one room, they sent maintenance out for it quickly but it wasn't fixable while we were there. Appreciated the quick response from them once we called.

Thanksgiving with family

We need a place for a group of adults together for Thanksgiving. We are 50 plus. Bedding the seating was very uncomfortable. For a family with small kids there was literally seeing for three people it was very low to the ground one of our members had to go buy a cane to get up off of the sofa. And we had to take the pillow top off of the bed. The lighting is very inadequate as I'm visually impaired and all of us are closer to 60. We needed the attendant to come mail the front steps down as they were unattached. The big screen TV has a big black area apparently it's going out. It stormed and rained the entire week we were there. So we had no seating and a TV with a big black circle in it. We came in and took an entire Thanksgiving dinner the cookware was barely adequate. I would advise everyone to bring your cookware and serving dishes and utensils.
