Venez séjourner dans la propriété la plus unique de Port A. Le "Sea Casa" est une maison familiale et amusante située à 1 1/2 pùtés de maisons de l'océan sur la route d'accÚs à la plage. PrÚs des magasins et des restaurants House se trouve à 4 pieds du sol, facile à entrer et sortir. Il n'y avait pas d'eau d'inondation dans la maison!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful beach house. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach, clean private pool, house was clean, great area for hanging outside and on the screen porch. Plenty of space for your family to sleep, extra blankets, and pool towels. Used the beach gear and didn't have to pack as much. We enjoyed refreshing showers outside too! The kitchen was fully stocked, had plenty of keurig supplies to get us going in the morning! Quick responses from the owner was much appreciated! We will definitely be back again. Thanks so much!

This was our 2nd stay in Mr./Mrs. McCarthy's beach house & we loved it both times. Easy access to the beach, excellent cleanliness. Just a few recommendations: outside trash cans were in extreme need of cleaning, a couple more kitchen dish towels would have been nice (we cooked alot!!), the light bulb in the shower in the main bathroom was blinking & we could not figure out how to program the tv to watch Fox News. Those, however are MINOR inconveniences, compared to the exceptionality of the rest of the home. If we decide to come back to Port A, rest assured, THIS will be the place we stay. Thank you, Mr & Mrs. McCarthy for sharing your wonderful home with these "little ole ladies"!! Colma Cole

This was an ideal place for kids and dogs and just a block from the beach, an easy walk. Plus, the use of the beach gear saved us . The kids loved the pool after the beach, loved the loft room and fence yard. The kitchen and baths were very well equipped. All you need is your clothes and food. We’ll definitely try to stay here on our next trip with kids in tow.

We had four families of various sizes staying here for a total of 9 people. We all had space to do our own thing without being crowded. The charm of this little gem of a place is the pool and porch areas where you can eat and visit without going inside. A BBQ pit was provided which was nice as we enjoyed some great BBQ during our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and its a short walk to the beach. And when you return from the beach, the outdoor showers help get all that sand off of you and back on the ground. We highly recommend this roomy home for your next beach stay.

This was our 3rd time staying and we enjoy it everytime. Great location, literally on a beach access road and only a short walk away from the beach. Peaceful location. The screened front porch was nice getting to enjoy some rainy mornings. Plenty of parking, we had 2 trucks, car and a golf cart. There’s an outdoor shower and a place to rinse off toys, etc from the beach. We will be back again!

The house gave boat vibes which was very cool. The master bedroom mattress was super comfortable but over all the house was lovely. The outdoor covered area was super relaxing and the outdoor showers made it convenient rising the sand off after a day at the beach. The kids loved the pool and the size and depth was perfect for our youngin's. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We have already looked into seeing when the house will be available again!

Great Rental for Families

We loved everything about our stay! The house had so many bonus perks, such as the pool, outdoor shower, a ton of beach toys and chairs, well-stocked kitchen, etc. The location was great with easy access to the beach and town. The only thing we wished for was a pair of scissors, but that is obviously not a deal breaker!

A great place to relax!

We grew up in the area and wanted to return for some beach time and relaxation. We were not disappointed. There were three adults in our group and our dogs, but the home is well-suited for more guests.The property is a short walk to the beach. In fact, just walking our dogs, we would easily get down to the beach and back in a few minutes. When we wanted to hang out at the beach, we took the whole crew and lots of equipment, so we got a 12 beach pass so that we could use our vehicle rather than walking with all of our stuff. If one didnt need much, they could just use the available cart at the property and walk.The kitchen and dining areas were fantastic for making all of pur meals. The appliances are modern, and there are plenty of cooking implements and dry ingredients available. I would have brought fewer supplies had I known the extent of what was available! The same applies for some of the beach and pool equipment available for use in the shed. We DID use the BBQ (a Weber kettle) once and it was very easy to operate and clean. The extra entertainment spaces such as the back yard, screened patio, and pool areas really increase the entertainment options, amd the outdoor showers allowed our people and equipment to be easily cleaned before going inside. My only caution is to those who have never stayed at a beach house. This is FAR from roughing it with all of the amenities, cool AC, and decorative updates. Expect sand, weather wear, and fellow tourists!

We love this property!!

We've been renting houses in Port Aransas for many years and this one is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back! It was the cutest house had every amenity and super close to the beach. We loved the private fenced in pool and the awesome porch. Our kids slept in the loft and loved it! Even though they had a bed downstairs they could have used :-) perfect stay! Wish I could live in that house forever :-) thank you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Its been on both of our bucket lists to own a property in port Aransas. We rented a house around the corner with some friends for our 10th Anniversary. After going by the property several times on the way to the beach we decided to investigate it and the opportunity presented itself for us to purchase the property from the estate. It needed a lot of work but with our vision and a unique skillset for renovating property we were able to make this home amazing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You can literally walk out the front door and take the sidewalk a block down to the beach. If you have rolling wagons ect... its so easy to get down there. No need to deal with a beach walk over. The property sits low so its easy to get in and out of or carry your gear, coolers, and stuff in to the house without having to go up a flight of stairs. The porch in the front is such an awesome hang out spot. I love to sit there and watch folks walk by and drive by on the golf carts ect.... The pool out front is perfect for hanging out with seating on one end for the adults and the other end for the kids to play. We went the extra mile with the beds. They are super comfortable. Its awesome to wake up in any of the rooms with the high peak ceilings with rafters. Such a unique place.
