Venez séjourner dans la propriété la plus unique de Port A. Le "Sea Casa" est une maison familiale et amusante située à 1 1/2 pâtés de maisons de l'océan sur la route d'accès à la plage. Près des magasins et des restaurants House se trouve à 4 pieds du sol, facile à entrer et sortir. Il n'y avait pas d'eau d'inondation dans la maison!

This beach house was absolutely perfect. It was in the perfect location, right up from the beach access. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, including coffee and spices. It was so nice that they had beach gear, including chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas.. everything you could need. The air conditioning worked very well making the stay so enjoyable. The pool was surprisingly nice. It was the perfect temperature and made for a relaxing evening dip.

We had an amazing time. The kids were having fun in the pool and being close to the beach was a plus. Everything was a few minutes away. Also, our dog approved of this stay. This property had a lot of parking space and was able to park my boat there!

Place is great, exactly as described, Communication was great, they always respond promptly, extremely close to the beach, and they've got everything you need. Would highly recommend.If you stay for Sandfest do be advised that Sandcastle road becomes the vendor access road only and traffic gets a little hairy at times.

This place is absolutely amazing! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We’ve stayed in at least 20 rentals in Port A, and this is by far the best one we’ve experienced.The home is incredibly comfortable and well thought out. The beds were perfect for everyone in our group — which is surprisingly hard to find on the island. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, the A/C worked flawlessly, and the screened-in porch was a huge bonus with zero mosquitoes!We also loved how easy it was to unload all of our beach gear, and the fact that they provide beach items for guests to borrow was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was great, and being pet friendly made the trip even better for our family. You truly can’t beat the location — it’s literally walking distance to the beach.We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is beautiful and just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for morning and sunset trips to the water. The hosts truly thought of everything. From beach gear to everyday essentials, the house was stocked with anything you might need during your stay.It is also very family friendly. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and keeping the kids entertained, and the bunk room with the small game area was a huge hit. It gave the kids their own fun space while the adults could unwind.Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this adorable home! It slept 6 of us very comfortably but has accommodations to sleep up to 10. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved all the blankets for the colder nights. It was nice having boogie boards and chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours. The host was super responsive to our needs. The pool is not heated which would have been really nice since 2 of our days were very cold but everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again. We loved having a small backyard for our lab too. The location was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach which was so convenient!! Great trip!

Our family stayed the weekend of June 6th and had a great time! The kids LOVED the pool and loft area! The shed of beach items that we could use came in handy for the wagon and chairs! The beds were super comfy too!

We grew up in Austin Tx and have been visiting Port Aransas all our lives. Kevin is a Realtor in Austin and is an an avid investor/renovator. Kate works in the mortgage business and has a great eye for design and amateur photographer. We have 2 wonderful daughters, Ava and Morgan.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Its been on both of our bucket lists to own a property in port Aransas. We rented a house around the corner with some friends for our 10th Anniversary. After going by the property several times on the way to the beach we decided to investigate it and the opportunity presented itself for us to purchase the property from the estate. It needed a lot of work but with our vision and a unique skillset for renovating property we were able to make this home amazing.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You can literally walk out the front door and take the sidewalk a block down to the beach. If you have rolling wagons ect... its so easy to get down there. No need to deal with a beach walk over. The property sits low so its easy to get in and out of or carry your gear, coolers, and stuff in to the house without having to go up a flight of stairs. The porch in the front is such an awesome hang out spot. I love to sit there and watch folks walk by and drive by on the golf carts ect.... The pool out front is perfect for hanging out with seating on one end for the adults and the other end for the kids to play. We went the extra mile with the beds. They are super comfortable. Its awesome to wake up in any of the rooms with the high peak ceilings with rafters. Such a unique place.
