This stylish property is ideal for group trips to Charleston, seamlessly combining productivity and fun. Beautiful, comfortable, and affordable, it's a perfect Sweet Spot in Charleston & Summerville. Just 10 minutes from plantations, golf clubs, and 25 miles from downtown and stunning beaches. Free parking for 4 cars. Guests, please show your ID on the Ring at check-in. Only registered guests are allowed. Create lasting memories here!
Property has 4 spacious bedrooms. One room is located downstairs and three upstairs. Each one has a queen beds. The room number 1 (downstairs) has a sofa bed/futon in. Another sofa bed/futon is loaded in living room.
Room #1 has a full bathroom, private office and closet.
Rooms # 2 & 3, have queen bed, jack and Jill full bathroom. Dedicate studying desk with chair and sitting area in each bedroom.
Room # 4, has a queen bed, full bathroom, office with armored in and balcony.
All windows and doors have blinds. The bedrooms come with blackout shades and ceiling fan. All bedrooms has its own TV and the living as well.
Laundry is located upstairs with washer & dryer, steam, iron and iron board.
Downstairs with open concept, there are the living room, full kitchen and entertainment area with a pool table.
In front of the townhouse there is a driveway that can fit 4 small cars.
The backyard has a sitting area with view to the pond. Yard is not fenced.
As a host, I always make myself available to support my guest and interact based on their comfort level.
New neighborhood, by main street Dorchester Road.
This is a townhouse neighborhood! Mixed of families, and visitors. While you step outside you may find friendly people walking their dogs, kids playing around, ducks in the pound, etc.
Please adhere to the following parking rules for the property:
1. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, which can accommodate up to four small cars.
2. Parking on the street or on the grass is strictly prohibited.
3. There are designated spots available on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the mailbox near the property.
3. Failure to comply with parking regulations will result in the vehicle being towed at the guest's expense.
4. The property operates under the rules set by the Homeowners Association (HOA).
5. The contracted towing company is Jims Towing & Transport, located at 914A College Park Rd, Summerville, SC.
6. Guests whose vehicles are towed due to non-compliance must personally visit the towing company with their ID and pay a fee of $185. Kindly
Property rules:
Remove your shoes before entering the house. You can either leave them by the main entry or take them to your private suite.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including the decks and inside the house.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
No events are allowed to be hosted on the property.
Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am.
Dispose of your trash in the designated area in the kitchen or outside. There are two trash cans.
Ensure that the oven and stove are completely turned off after use.
There are two temperature room panels. One is located downstairs by the front door. It controls the temperature downstairs. The second is on the second floor in the hallway. It controls the temperature upstairs.
The laundry facilities are situated on the second floor. Detergent, softener, and bleach are provided. Please retrieve your clothes promptly after using them.
Remember to turn off lights and overhead fans when leaving the room. This helps keep the pricing affordable.
A smoking fee of $150 per day will be charged for any smoking inside the house.
Hosting events without permission will incur a fee of $500.
Any broken or damaged items will be charged at the cost of the product or service.
A fee of $150 per person will be imposed for unregistered guests.
Disturbance to the neighborhood will result in a fee of $150.
For long-stay guests, a weekly flat rate cleaning fee of $100 will be charged in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
