The Breville espresso machine is great for discerning coffee lovers

Train noise
- As other AirBnBs in the area note, the Park Circle neighborhood is surrounded by trains, and you can occasionally hear train horns. We, the owners of this house, are light sleepers ourselves, so we have installed insulated windows and blackout curtains, which both significantly reduce the noise. We can sleep through the night peacefully now and hope you can too. If the train noise still bothers you, we provide complimentary ear plugs and sound machines. But for those guests who are very sensitive to any nocturnal noises, you may want to look for another property in a quieter area.

Quiet hours
- City quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. This is strictly enforced, and, if violated, you will be asked to leave the premises.

Other things to note
- The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning services to prepare the house for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please message us so we can arrange a cleaning for an additional fee.
- For longer-term stays (more than one week), we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) will be refreshed as needed. The guests will need to purchase any additional household items.

Paradiso Pool Club
- Guests will have access to the Paradiso Pool Club (about 4 min drive away from our property) and can purchase a day pass for entry. It's a full service pool with food, bar, and a gym. A great place to relax
- The pool is run by a 3rd party we are only advertising what we've been told and cannot guarantee availability
