La maison joliment meublée est située dans le centre de Fort Myers, dans un complexe résidentiel calme, à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée en hiver.
Il offre 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pour 4 personnes et s'étend sur 2 étages.
Une terrasse privée avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue au gaz invite à des barbecues confortables.
Au premier étage se trouvent une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger, une salle de bain et un salon confortable. Grâce aux grandes baies vitrées et aux portes coulissantes en verre, vous pouvez créer un sentiment de vie à l'intérieur.
Au deuxième étage, il y a 2 chambres avec balcons et une vue magnifique sur la piscine, le jardin et le jardin tropical. Une salle de bain est également disponible. Télévision et accès Internet, Wifi sont disponibles.
Il est à quelques minutes des restaurants et des magasins, à quelques minutes en voiture des plages de Fort Myers Beach, de Sanibel, de Captiva, de Bonita Beach et de Naples.
En raison du court trajet en voiture vers l'US 41 qui relie Tampa à Miami, c'est également un très bon point de départ pour des excursions d'une journée.

The unit was exactly as advertised. We had 3 adults and found the space was very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to cook several meals. The pool was lovely. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.

Older condo, but clean and convenient to shopping and site seeing. Quick access to a great pool. Well stocked for our week's stay. Host was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect weather

It was clean and nicely appointed. Neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors we met were very friendly. Location was convenient to stores and entertainment. Unfortunately Fort Meyers traffic is horrendous.

It had all the amenities that you need for a vacation. But the air conditioning doesn’t work great and home was always hot. The carpeting is dirty and the pool area is just ok.

Thank you for your review, the carpets are clean but older. We never had a cleaning issue in the house. We also had the AC company out after this review, everything was working fine. If there any issues between your stay we have always a property management behind and you have a number to call. They will help and send a technician out. Unfortunately we never got a call. Sorry for the inconvenience we really hope you had a wonderful stay in Florida and hope seeing you back.

The condo was great; clean, comfortable and all the conveniences of home. My only suggestion is to replace the mattresses and pillows as they have definitely been used for a long time. Other than that I would recommend this property.

Fort Myers Vacation

The condo has plenty of room for 2-4 people. The amenities were excellent, i.e. the kitchen, living room, the flat screen, laundry room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The property was immaculately clean. Nice touch by the hostess was a complementary bottle of wine. Plenty of cleaning products and kitchen products as well. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Perfect well equipped lovely home

A perfect townhouse with everything you need for a great get away. A wonderful host has thought of every little detaiL. Beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, plenty of housewear items. Attention to details is always important and such a welcoming change from the usual rental. games, books, and many others. Location is perfect for walking to shopping on Hwy 41 and yet it is very quiet. The pool was welcoming and very clean. Easy parking, close to lots of restaurants. Private court yard with patio furniture and grill. This plade has it all!

Wonderful!!

This is a very clean place. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning with our breakfast. There is a gas grill if you so desire to cook and the kitchen is very well stocked as far as dishes and cookery go. The pool is just steps away from this condo and it was very clean as well. It is centrally located to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral. There are stores within minutes of the condo and everything else is within a half hour. Ines was very accommodating. Our flight was late and she made sure lights were on so we would find the key to get in. We would highly recommend this place!

The plant, furniture that would be hard to get rid of at yard sale and not even a box of tisssues in the way of amenities left something to be desired. The owner stopped by after we complainted about intermitttent TV & said she was remodeling in Nov-Gee, that made me feel good. NO VRBO for me again.

Thank you for the rating Terri. We are very disappointed that it turned out this way. When you were there, things were not presented that way. The house was equipped with toilet paper, paper towel, taps for dishwasher, detergent, soap and, and and. The furniture are not modern but comfortable and the statement that it its hard to get rid of it at the yard sale is not nice. I am not the owner but the management. During the stay we talked on the phone more than once because you had problems to handle the TV and I also drove to the house. On this day you told me that you don't have a Smart TV at home and that you have problems using it. You do not told me that you don't like the furniture or expected a box of tissues. We are children and pet friendly, the house is located in a beautiful community and our prices are also affordable for renters who cannot pay $ 200 or more for a night. We have many customers who like to come back every year retired people also. As written, I find this review not fair at all not for us and not for VRBO because they are a good portal to find a nice vacation home. I wish you all the best for the future and hope you enjoyed time in Florida and feel sorry that you do not like the place.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sehr zentral gelegen, um schnell zu Restaurant und allen Stores zu kommen. Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter, das sieht man, aber auch sehr gepflegt. Man kann sich vorstellen dort zu wohnen. Das Inventar ist nicht das modernste, aber auf den Yard-Sale gehört es deshalb noch lange nicht (Bewertung vom Okt. 2021, dann wisst ihr was ich meine). Es war alles vorhanden was der tägliche Bedarf fordert, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Taschentücher alles da. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett bestückt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zur Vermieterin Frau Ines Bender: von Anfang an ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt, alle Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet und kleine Terminänderungen (meinerseits) ohne Probleme akzeptiert. Einen größeren Wunsch unsererseits hat Frau Bender genauso unkompliziert und persönlich vor Ort geregelt. Wir kommen wieder...... keine Frage. Ich wünsche euch einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, Ralph

Location, location, location!

Excellent location to beaches, attractions. Loved the heated pool. Sadly the furniture had so many broken springs we had to add plywood under cushions to not fall in the frame. Otherwise the condo was convenient and well stocked.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location right in the middle of town but close to main roads that don't suffer from the normal Ft. Myers traffic. This unit was right next to the pool, which we loved as we could just walk right over. The pool was heated and not busy most of the time. We found the neighbors to be very nice. The unit was perfect for our dogs, as we were surrounded by grass with plenty of room to walk them. The unit itself was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We really had no complaints. We'd certainly stay here again.

Little place of heaven.

For a month I was in heaven.we had a pool we used every day.great shopping.restorants.clean house . beautiful flowers in the neighborhood.our host was answering all our questions.very helpfull.quiet neighborhood.Fort Myers beach is beautiful.
