The house was incredible. It is in a nice neighborhood and has great amenities like a hot tub and a large room with bunk beds. The host was great with communication.

Very nice

Great place. They do all the little things right. Plenty of toilet paper, towels and everything was super clean. Very quiet neighborhood with a private pool surrounded by a tall fence. Highly recommend staying here.

5-Star Accommodations

My family & I stayed here for my daughters graduation weekend. The house was perfect for all of us. It was very clean and well kept. Each room felt like it’s own hotel room with fresh towels on the bed. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!

Great rental property and service

The house was clean. Lots of towel which is a big bonus for large group like ours. We all enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was very responsive (not that we had a lot of demand) so overall our group has a great experience.

Great stay Great owners

The house accommodated our group of eleven quit nicely. The owner communicated through text to make sure everything was going well. My whole family had a blast in the giant pool in the back yard. Walmart and Kroger were almost within walking distance and there's a park with a beautiful walking trail within eyesore of the home. We would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Peaceful family getaway

Our stay was great. The pool was awesome with some shading towards the evening. The house had everything my family needed. We felt at home and the host was great with communicating. I asked if there were any lounge chairs and the host sent some to the house. There were minor tile issues in the shower but the host said he’d get those fixed. If you need a quiet and relaxing time with your family, this is the spot.

The house worked well for what we needed. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The house was well furnished with coffee, spices, etc. The house could use some TLC. I would not classify the property as luxury. Several little things like missing thresholds and well worn furniture need to be addressed before I could give it five stars.

Travel Baseball Trip

We stayed for a baseball tourney in the area. The house was exactly what we wanted for the trip. Kids stayed in the room with the trundle beds and the adults used the big rooms. The pool was great and the whole experience was awesome.

Great House

Great home! We felt safe and comfortable. If they’ll have us we’ll be back if we’re ever in the area. We did see a few bugs and there was a few dirty dishes mixed in with the clean but just a quick check in the kitchen should resolve this. I do recommend marking the depth of the pool since it is pretty deep on one side. We did ruin their tea kettle (we replaced it) and it was super easy to communicate with Scoot through the app. Thanks for a great stay.

Very Pleased with the Property

We needed a place to stay for an extended period of time while our house was having work done. This house is in a very nice, middle class neighborhood. Quiet, but with tons of commercial activity -- restaurants, stores, etc. -- within a mile. A park and bike/walking trail at the end of the street, maybe a quarter of a mile away. Lots of rooms and beds. However, the best part of our stay was management's response to the AC quitting at the beginning of our stay with temperatures in the 90s. I sent a message to Scott on our way to dinner about the AC. By the time we got home he had two brand new, powerful window units installed so we would be comfortable that evening. The AC was fixed the next day. I'm always concerned when I rent how responsive management will be. Do not be one bit concerned with this property. If you need something, it gets done. Would stay again, but most importantly would stay at any property managed by Scott and his group.
