Casual & comfortable! This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is just steps from the ocean in a fantastic location with beach access right from your back door. Enjoy views of the dunes while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. This first-floor condo features impact windows and terracotta tile throughout. Portions of the unit have been recently redone and freshly painted, giving it a bright, refreshed feel.
The updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with brand new furniture, along with a master bath that includes a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds, perfect for guests or kids. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed and has easy access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Relax on the screened patio with a cold beverage and listen to the waves. Additional amenities include a FlexBrew coffee maker (brew a 12-cup carafe with ground coffee or a single serving with a pod or grounds), Wi-Fi, cable, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Located in a wonderful 24-hour manned gated communityâcome enjoy all that Florida's paradise has to offer.
