3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo With Large Balcony, Sleeps 8

Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1802. We are located 1 mile away from Pier Park and Russell Fields Pier. We are one of the closest condos to Frank Brown Sports Center. This condo sleeps up to 8 people. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bunk room, a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 full bathrooms. The condo offers a large private balcony with access from both the master bedroom and the living room.

This rental includes 2 SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE from March 15 through October 31. That's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas! There will be no need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day. The beach chair service provides comfortable, adjustable chairs and over-sized umbrellas. The daily beach rental for these chairs can be as much as $50 per day each.

PRIVATE 8 x 23 ft BALCONY: you will enjoy stunning oceanfront views while listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves. This is a great place to read a book, eat a meal, watch a beautiful sunset or just relax .

KITCHEN: looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with everything that you need to make meals. There is also a pantry closet to hold all your own snack and groceries.

DINING AREA: seats 5 and there is additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar.

LIVING ROOM : is a gathering place for everyone and features a new matching sofa, loveseat, and a conversation chair. The decor is warm, and comfortable. It's a great place to kick back and watch the 65" smart flat screen TV. Enjoy the view of the emerald-green waters from the wall to wall sliding glass door windows.

MASTER BEDROOM: features a king size bed with great views of the gulf. There are his and her closets as well as a dresser to unpack your clothes and store your suitcase. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.

PRIVATE MASTER BATH: features double sinks and garden tub and a large walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOM: features a queen bed. There is a dresser and a nice sized closet to unpack your clothes. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.

TWIN BUNK ROOM: is kid friendly and feels like a third bedroom. Shut the door and let the kids fall asleep watching their favorite movie on the TV. No sleeping in the hallway here!

GUEST BATHROOM: is in the hall and features a tub/shower combination.

LAUNDRY ROOM: has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience

KEYLESS Lock: you will have easy access into the condo. We will send a welcome letter with the numeric access code 2 weeks before check in.

PARKING: is located underneath the building. Limit is 2 vehicles per condo. Please note there is a $50 charge per stay for each vehicle. This fee is charged by Sunrise Beach Resort and not us. We will send you a link to register your vehicle at least 7 days before your arrival.
