The cabin was in a great location for the conference we were attending. Easy access to essentials and located where you can avoid the Parkway completely during busy drive times. Parking a bus and a couple of cars was super easy with space to spare.There were a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but maintenance was quick to attend to the issues. If you have a large group of 20 or more, you might want to bring some extra towels or plan on doing laundry everyday or reusing towels. The upper floor was difficult to cool during the hot temperatures (85-90 degree outside temps) we had all week long.Overall, it was a great week and we would consider booking again.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, parking, and responsiveness of our maintenance team. For clarification, the home was stocked with 32 towels for your group, which exceeds our standard supply for 24 guests. Regarding the upstairs temperature, we did observe exterior doors being left open for extended periods during very hot weather, which can make it difficult for the AC to maintain the desired temperature. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you still had a great week overall. We’d be happy to host you again!

The property was perfectly located. Plenty of parking for 7 vehicles. Very nice. It does need a deep clean. Under beds and corners was really bad. Lots of cob webs everywhere that needs cleaned. The floors do need a deep mopping also. The layout was perfect. The queen beds are bunks which was fine for our family. Plenty of towels were in each bathroom. The bunk rooms do share a bathroom downstairs. I will put this in my favorites for future visits with my large family. PS: you will get an offer for early check in if it is not rented the night before. BUT it was a 55 fee to check in 2 hrs early or 95 if u wanted to check in at 9 am. I know it is about making money. BUT as a courtesy since we would have been there anyway it should have been offered free……. Just my opinion. Thank You

Excellent accommodations

We stayed here with our youth group, lots of room for everyone and in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed even an electric griddle. The hills weren’t too steep , beds were comfortable.

Perfect Space for Our Group

This cabin was exactly what we needed for our group of 12. Everyone was able to be in their own space if they wanted to or all together in the common area. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. We had a blast!

Great cabin & location

This cabin was perfect for our Ladies' conference! The rooms were divided up nicely. Was a little worried about the queen bunk beds, but they ended up working out fine. Loved that this cabin had 6 bathrooms! The cabin was also very easy to get to. No steep, windy roads! Very convenient to the Leconte center as well as shopping and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Togetherness

Had to remind them they didn’t send door code. Sheets in one room wasn’t changed and had stains, remote for main tv was missing, floors were dirty and kitchen was missing many important utensils and not even a casserole dish. But house suited our needs and loved the location.

Great house !

The house is as advertised. Nice layout for family gatherings. Our group of 16 had plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. The house is well-appointed. Kitchen is useful. Hot tub, pool table, air hockey table, arcade console, and home theater provided a lot of fun. Only complaint is that one toilet was broken. We were promised that it would be fixed but never heard further. Otherwise it is a great house, and we would rent again.

Family reunion

It was nice to have space & beds for our family get together of 16. Clean & ready for us. A few comments: I was surprised the refrigerator was so small for the advertised capacity. Also, no Pyrex provided for microwave. I was glad I came prepared with my own. We have traveled a lot & I have never spent that much & gotten so few amenities. Like extra towels, more than 1 toilet roll for each of 6 bathrooms, no bars of soap, no full roll of paper toweling, and no box of tissues at all anywhere. With 6 kids, are you kidding me? And then trying to charge me more for an earlier check in? We made the best of it but future renters, beware!

I'm glad you found our cabin suitable for your family reunion! Yes, the cabins only provide starter amenities to help guests get settled in, and we always provide enough towels for up to 24 people. Guests do need to plan ahead based on their needs, and we try to remind you of this in our pre-arrival emails. The fridge is a standard sized double-door home fridge, and while we don't have the Pyrex brand, we hope you found the other large ceramic microwavable bowls satisfactory. Great cabin in great location

This cabin was great for our ladies church group. We had plenty of space and bedrooms and most rooms had their own bathroom. Not a problem but just an FYI the kitchen was fairly well stocked but we were missing some mixing bowls and things. Overall a great place to stay and everyone loved it.

I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone enjoyed the cabin. It was clean, looks just like the pictures, and had everything we needed for a big group. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had lots of towels. Everyone was comfortable. The movie theater was a hit with the kids and we loved the view of the mountains from the back decks. Location was perfect for everything we needed to do in pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall great stay, definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Madison Bear Garden.

Plenty of sleeping space, and beds were comfy! Beautiful view out back! Playroom and movie room were big hits with the kids! Contact manager, Bukie, was very helpful and answered questions or concerns in a timely manner!
