Clean, spacious property which enabled our family to have access to the Kentucky Horse Park for the American Eventing Championships and to have a lovely home to return at night with the ability to create our own meals.

We stayed for a week in early October, visiting distilleries and horse farms, hiking, shopping, and relaxing. The communication before and during our stay was amazing - Ana is really on top of responding to any questions you may have. Check in/out was incredibly smooth, and the property was in great condition. We enjoyed hanging out in the family room watching tv at night, having coffee on the deck, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access to entertainment and restaurant options, only 10-15 minutes to get downtown and enjoy what Lexington has to offer. The best VRBO we have stayed at, and we would definitely return if we were back in the Lexington area.

This property was super clean and had everything (and then some) advertised. Ana was wonderful to communicate with when we needed her, but otherwise left us to enjoy our time in Lexington. The backyard is great for kids and/or pets, and the view out the back room window is incredible. I'd absolutely recommend this property.

The rooms were great size. The beds were comfortable, lots of open area. The TVs were huge. Everything felt fresh. My only suggestion would be white sheets and white towels are more traditional in a guest staying location, but there was definitely a theme that was being executed with the colored sheets and towels.
