LAKE THERAPY on Tillery lovely waterfront home with awesome dock and privacy!

‘Lake Therapy’ on Lake Tillery is nestled in the trees with privacy, amazing outdoor spaces and very deep water (over 12 feet at dock) with room to park your boat & trailer. This well-loved, family lake house is simple, but so very satisfying.

This is our 4th Summer being available for rent and we’ve added hi-speed internet for those needing to stay connected while on their holiday.

Unplug and unwind with LAKE THERAPY on Lake Tillery. Tucked in a deep water cove (15 feet of water depth) in Emerald Shores, this cottage offers privacy and fun! Being on a peninsula offers peek-a-boo views of the main channel and the quiet waterfront of the protected cove. The two level dock has an open roof top deck perfect for lounging and access for jumping into the deep water below! There is room at the dock to park your boat (up to 30’) and a covered seating area with a hammock. The original boat house stores an extra fridge, a kayak, SUP and misc floats for your enjoyment. The cherry on top is the rope swing (used at your own risk and waiver signature required), which makes this lake escape truly one of a kind!

On the main floor, is the bedroom with a queen bed and its own sink vanity, one full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer. The open and well stocked kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot & loads of utensils) with dining & lounge area leads to a large deck overlooking the water. There is no dishwasher (you’re gonna have to hand wash). The second floor loft has three twin beds, a half bath and a balcony that seats two and offers views of the main channel. All linens are provided. The ground floor lounge has sectional seating and a large TV with DVD & VCR players (yes good ole VHS). There is a Stanmore speaker for connecting your iphone and playing music and we just added wifi so you can stream your favorites on the smart TV.

If you’re looking for fancy and new, you have other options on the lake to choose from, but we have clean, comfortable and eclectic covered. This well loved home truly lives up to its name with a laid back vibe, incredible privacy and excellent swimming. Whether it’s tucking on the screened porch with a book (we have a nice library, too) or sipping cocktails on the dock….by day two, you’ll understand why we called it LAKE THERAPY.
