4 bd Lakefront Oasis with Hot Tub, Dock, FirePits, Blackstone grill, & lake toys

Our lakefront oasis is located in a private cove with big water views in the Emerald Shores neighborhood of Mt. Gilead. This house has everything you could possibly need to make your vacation fun for everyone. Our home features a 6 person hot tub, front and back decks, Blackstone grill with a low country boil pot, outdoor dining table and seating area with a propane fire pit, outdoor fire pit with firewood, dock, fishing rods, and other fun lake toys!

The space:
Main floor: living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom #1
- living area with two reclining sofas, gas fireplace and tv
- dining area (seats 6) with access to the back deck
- fully stocked kitchen featuring brand new appliances
- laundry room with brand new washer and dryer available for use
- bedroom with attached half bath (pull out couch with queen size mattress)
-queen air mattress available on site

2nd floor: master suite, bedrooms #2 & #3 with shared full bath
- master suite with queen size mattress and private master bathroom
- bunk room with two full sized bunk beds and a closet
- king bedroom
- full bathroom with tub and shower

Outdoor area: covered front and back decks, 2 fire pits, fenced dog kennel, boat dock, hot tub!
- Blackstone grill with a low country boil pot
- dining table (seats 6)
- sectional sofa surrounding propane fire pit
- outdoor uncovered fire pit (firewood provided) with adirondack chairs
- dog kennel (NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE), they must sleep in the covered and fenced dog kennel
- boat dock (you're welcome to tie your boat and jet skis to the dock, the lift is for owners only)
- basketball hoop in front yard

*Please note- a starter amount of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and paper towels will be provided with each stay, after the allotted amount is used, you will be responsible for providing your own.
*Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash is provided in each bathroom.

We have two kids of our own, so we have some baby things in the house. Please see the list of amenities. Feel free to message us with specific questions.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything on the property except the boat lift. Boats and jet skis are welcome to tie up to the dock. Boat rentals are available at Lake Tillery Boat Rentals but they book up fast. The dock can be used for sunbathing and jumping into the 9ft. deep water! There's a covered and fenced in dog kennel in the backyard. If you are requesting to have your pet stay, they CANNOT be in the house. Our children are highly allergic. We have a camera on the exterior of the house that faces the lake. We can't see the back deck, only the backyard and lake for safety reasons.

Other things to note:
NO PETS ALLOWED unless you agree to have them sleep in the covered, fenced in dog kennel in the backyard and not enter the home. There is a pet fee if the owners approve your pet request. Otherwise, there will be a $300 fine if you break this rule.
