A roomy eclectic house right in the middle of everything. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms give a feeling of a luxury accommodation generously equipped to make you feel at home. The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located fifteen minutes away from the bay front, beaches, Little Italy restaurant area, San Diego zoo, Belmont Park, Seaport Village and the airport: a perfect spot for a family/friends vacation effortlessly close to major entertainment! A large backyard patio would make a perfect spot for outside brunches and dinners, as well as taking a break in the hanging egg chair relaxing with a book or a glass of cold beer. We have various fruit trees in the front yard and back yard gardens: feel free to pick up some strawberries or blackberries to be served with your breakfast. An outside grill is perfect for cooking that fresh fish and meet from the local farmers markets 10 minutes away. A vintage popcorn maker will turn a usual movie night into a fun family experience! We have a small workout area for those who prefer to stay in shape at all times. We've even left a computer in case you didn't want to pack yours. Happy to share our beautiful home with you!

Immaculate and Roomy House, Close To Everything
We loved our stay here! It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful. The house was immaculate and surprisingly roomy for the square footage. There were plenty of places to sit and the bedrooms were all good sized. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery. We were very comfortable there and will definitely stay here again next summer!

LOVED our stay!
We stayed here with our four young kids, and really have all good things to say about it. The home was very clean, and was stocked full of anything you could imagine needing for your vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we felt at home, as well as the luxury of a vacation. The beds were very comfy as well. The location was so perfect for our vacation, we were about to go to several beaches all within 15-20 minutes, as well as seaworld, the zoo, and many parks. And just a few minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and friendly in correspondence, and really went out of their way to add extra things to the home to make it a fun and relaxing stay. Highly Recommend this property, and would gladly stay again.

My wife and I put our hearts into decorating and enhancing it, as we hoped to live there for a while, but unfortunately, due to my military service, had to urgently relocate for a few years. Welcome to stay and enjoy our cozy place!

Clairemont in San Diego is a perfect mixture of a quiet neighborhood and the proximity of all the entertainment gems. Be it a cozy stay-in night with a movie and popcorn or a fancy dining out experience, Clairemont ticked all the boxes for a relaxed yet fun life with my wife. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and lots of other kid-friendly spots within 15-20 min drive also make it a perfect place for raising our kids in the future.

When designing and equipping our house, we went off the traditional hotel-inspired look and instead focused on making it feel like home away from home. The guests indeed have been mentioning the warmth and coziness of the house, the generous amount of utensils we left for your convenience, and a personal touch in almost every detail. My wife was particularly proud of making the house express our personalities, and we decided to leave it this way for our guests.
