Bring the whole family together to enjoy this cozy home with a spacious fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Unwind & relax on the patio listening to the sound of bubbling water of the nearby pond or enjoy an evening under the stars roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. Awake refreshed & ready for an adventure exploring the city of Savannah or a day of enjoying the beach, both only a short drive away! All work & no play? Stay behind & be productive in the dedicated workspace with monitor & high speed internet.

Room by room breakdown:
King Suite 1: King bed, 50" Roku TV, nightstands w/ USB port lamps. Attached private bathroom, tub, shower, large walk-in closet.

King Suite 2: King bed, 50" Roku TV, secluded from the rest of the house - only room on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Queen Room: Queen bed, 32" Roku TV, dresser & closet.
Twins Room: 2 twin beds, closet with shelving.
* Queen & Twins rooms share a hallway with a bathroom (tub/shower combo) in between.

Living room: Vaulted ceilings, 55" Roku TV, wood-burning fireplace, plenty of natural light & patio access.

Kitchen: Pantry, Keurig, and toaster plus any cooking accessories you would ever need.

Office: Large L-shaped desk with 24" monitor provided. Full sized futon for additional sleeping.

Laundry room: Washer & dryer are available for use, but supplies are not provided.

Outside: Covered front porch with seating for 4. Fenced-in back yard, patio w/ fire pit & table w/ plenty of seating. Front yard & back yard are both partially shaded throughout the day.

Savanah

Clean, comfortable, close to grocery store and restaurants. 10-15 min. drive to Savanah. Rush hour traffic bad but we survived. Would consider staying at same place again.

Never again!

This was a very unfortunate experience. Without sharing many specifics, my family choose to leave the property and find adequate housing the same night.The management team and property owner decided after many threads to provide a full refund 48 hours later. We are thankful and will never return.

Dad’s Homegoing to Heaven

Traveled to Savannah on a short notice. The home was in a great location and booking was very easy. The listing matched the home perfectly. The home was very clean and large enough for our family of 10 visiting Savannah. The refrigerator shelving on the door was all broken so we could not use it the shelving but was functional besides that issue. Stove was new. Plenty seats for 10,to have dinner together.

Shelter in Place!

We spent the aftermath of Hurricane Helene here. Even though we had no power, no Internet, and sketchy cell service, we stayed comfortable and safe. Would stay here again

Our Family Vacation

We rarely have time for our whole family to get together. This property is centrally located with easy access to all the popular places in Savannah. We had ample room for everyone to stay and the home is beautiful!

Not clear

The house is nice. The no smoking policy is understandable in the home but not outside. The house rules book said no smoking on the property and if you do or they find a cigarette butt on the property there is a $350.00 fine. I wasn't going to comb the property to make sure there wasn't a butt on the property. There isn't any mention about no smoking on the property in the description of the home while renting. The only soap in the home was for dishes and hands.

HOUSEKEEPING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

The house was spacious. We had plenty of room. Housekeeping needs much improvement. The top floor with the Queen smells like dog. The master smells like litter box. We had severe stuffy noses and watery eyes and I suspect it wasnt just the pollen. We would not stay here again due to the issues with lack of cleanliness. The showers needed to be bleached to remove mold. The microwave had fingerprints all over the door. The glass on the doors had little ones greasy fingerprints as well. The overall smell of animal was overwhelming.

This property is sweet. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around. The house is charming and well equipped. The fire pit was a hit with making dogs and smores. We would recommend for a family or singles.

A nice stay

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Since the weather was so hot we weren't able to enjoy the backyard but it was large and beautiful. Obtaining entrance was easy. The place was clean and accommodating and matched the online description. The upstairs bedroom was VERY roomy. Thank you!

Savannah Vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The house was exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room to lounge and spread out, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the kids used the large backyard to kick the soccer ball and toss the football. Will look to stay here again in the future.

Lovely Oasis outside downtown Savannah and Tybee Island

This home is beautiful, with its high ceilings, large windows, and spacious living area. Enjoy views of the woodsy, spacious yard from the kitchen and living room. Rooms are extremely clean and the furniture is comfortable, including the beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the historic district.

Peaceful and relaxing

It is very clear the owner takes great pride in their house. Very clean and organized. The backyard was wonderful and very big, the listing represented the house very well. It was everything we expected. The fish pond was extremely nice to sit next to, very relaxing. It was also nice having the fire pit being able to enjoy a fire while the kids played in the yard. The neighborhood was and quiet. Perfect location just outside the city limits.
