Gather round Couzin Sid’s 7ft dining table or dine Al fresco on one of the three outside tables. Meal prep is a breeze in our spacious kitchen stocked (and labeled!) with all essential utensils and appliances.
The farmhouse is one story on a level lot for easy access and gorgeous views from the Valley. Conveniently located between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. One mile from the Foothills Parkway
 don’t miss the views! Five miles to tubing in Townsend. Just minutes from Cades Cove where you can view homesteads, wildlife, wildflowers, and perhaps even bears! We’re close to dining, shopping, and markets for meals and essentials.

Couzin Sid does not have a kitchen sink disposal. Do not put food, grease, coffee grounds, etc down the drains.
Reset the A/C thermostat back to 74 (summer) 55 (winter) upon checkout. Lock all doors and windows. Secure sliding door with the wood stake provided.

I had a great stay at Uncle Sid’s. When an issue came up, Mia was quick to respond and helped resolve it right away. The place has two bedrooms and a comfortable couch. There was definitely enough room for six people, and it could fit more comfortably. We had a lot of fun during our stay!

House was clean and well stocked. Only had two small issues. First, the maintenance issue that closed the bunk bed room did cause issues. I was notified back in September, but being that we were renting for Thanksgiving Weekend, it was still too late to find an alternative booking, so we had no choice but it make it work. Second, we couldn't find sheets for the air mattress that was provided as an alternative for the bunk bed.

Good place to stay

We had a great time staying at Cousin Sid. The kids enjoyed the tractor .The home was clean and as described and close to everything we needed.The only problem we had was the floor vents not being attached to the floor.The kids kept tripping on them other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cute little house

We decided on a last minute trip to Cades Cove and our stay was great. We have a granddaughter in wheelchair and single level house without alot of stairs is a must.. House was perfect for us .

Great Stay at Cousin Sid's

Cousin Sid's was exceptional! We absolutely loved our stay there. Great location! Easy to locate and out of the hustle and bustle, but close and easy access to all the great attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains. House was perfect. Decorated very nice, well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable. Host was very quick and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely want to stay here again.

Easy to find, convenient/spacious parking, nice yard for the kids to run off some energy, well-stocked, great communication, very comfortable all-around! This was the perfect place for our family getaway! (

Nice home for our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Cousin Sid’s. The house was easy to find. The house is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. We especially liked that because we spend a lot of time in Cade’s Cove when we’re in Tennessee. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with some local restaurants, gas stations, and a Dollar General close by for whatever you might need. We highly recommend booking your stay at Cousin Sid’s.

We absolutely LOVED this little hidden gem. The house was well stocked, comfy beds, adorable decorations, super clean and owner was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Everything is so awesome!

Wonderful property and house. View and privacy of property is amazing. Furniture and decor are really really nice. Very roomy and open. Loved the labels on kitchen cabinets and drawers telling you exactly where to find everything. Highly recommend this property.
