Situated in the heart of Townsend where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, private river access, churches, horseback riding and river tubing. Along with motorcycle and street legal UTV and E-Bike rentals, world class fly fishing and lessons and pickleball courts. There are always activities at the visitor center like hot air balloons, club meets, lumberjack competitions or music festivals. Our family was in town for my nephew's college graduation from nearby Maryville. We were very pleased with the property. We said if we visit near the area again, we would love to stay at the property again. It was clean and located near everything we needed.

The only reason there is a three star anywhere here is because the outside photo on the listing was a log and stone building, which this was not. But the stay was incredible. The house was immaculately clean, conveniently located, and the host was fantastic (even in the face of last minute adjustments due to a medical emergency in my household). I will definitely be back when time permits!

Beautufully furnished with all of the comforts of home. There is a screened in porch just off of the back bedroom where you can sit and relax peacefully and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Spacious, open living room with fireplace that has attached dining room. Good sized, eat in kitchen that is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. If you want to eat out there are lots of good places to be found in Townsend and Wears Valley. You are right in the middle of it all! There is so much to do and explore! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Townsend on the quieter side of the Smokies. It was nice to have close access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and the Mountains, but so nice to be able to retreat to this wonderful home away from home. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for us to relax and enjoy!
