LOCATION REALLY IS EVERYTHING: Welcome to the Villas of San Vincente! The location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation that both the adults and the children will enjoy! Whether you like to shop or relax on the beautiful white sandy beaches, this townhome’s location is central to it all. It is conveniently located approximately 1 mile from Pier Park, where you can enjoy shopping, fun activities for the kids, and nightlife for the adults. The townhome itself is spacious with a balcony view of the stunning Gulf of Mexico water. It is an easy walk to the beach access #65, only about 200 yards away.
The Villas is also surrounded by local restaurants, a Winn-Dixie (grocery store), and a CVS Pharmacy all within walking distance! Furthermore, there is a local park that offers many amenities such as basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis courts, and much more. COMMUNITY POOL: There is a community pool for you to use during your stay. It has an outdoor shower as well as lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. As our townhome is the second unit into the Villas, it offers a great view of the pool, as well as the Gulf View from the balcony.

***We do want you to have a worry-free vacation, so we provide a few things to help your vacation get started off right. We will provide ONE starter item below:
- Paper Towel, Dish Soap and Detergent Packet, Sponge, and Cleaning Supplies, Toilet Paper (1 roll per bathroom), Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Soap dispenser in EACH shower, Detergent, 2 Beach Chairs

We also have a Pack and Play available to use as well as baby gates for the little ones. Safety is very important to us!

OUR CLEANING CREW: We have a fantastic cleaner who does everything to ensure the townhome is sanitized after each stay and in pristine condition for the next guests. Her and her team will deep clean every inch of the home from the toilets, showers, and floors to the refrigerators, utensils, and linens. We are confident you will be satisfied with the cleanliness of this townhome.

PET POLICY: We allow DOGS of all sizes (no breed restrictions). No other animals are allowed. Our policy is a non-refundable $150 pet deposit to ensure our townhome remains in pristine condition for the next guests, whether human or furry  (Also, there is a dog park located minutes from the townhome is Frank Brown Park)

NO SMOKING TO INCLUDE VAPING OR E-CIGARETTES INSIDE THE PROPERTY!
