Remodeled townhome #27 with 3BR/3BA located RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. 2 private parking spots at your front door, and a 3rd spot along the wall. No streets to cross, just walk out your back door to your deck, the sugar white sand beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 in 3 king sized beds.

1st bedroom on the main floor, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. Washer/dryer upstairs.

The townhouse has been renovated with tile and granite throughout.

Private fenced in yard on the beach side to keep Fido in.

Walking distance to Pier Park (1 mile)
Grocery/liquor store and CVS right across the street. Restaurants also in walking distance.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee ($199/pet) (Dogs are not allowed on the beach except at the dog beach park next to the pier. There is also a great dog park at Frank Brown Park 1.4 miles away).

This was a really great place to stay. Our host was really helpful and answered all my questions immediately and completely. The accommodations were everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The view from my room was amazing! Being right on the beach was perfection. I would absolutely recommend this property and pray I can come back!

10 days and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely stay there again. We have been coming to Panama City beach for 30 years and this one of the best stays.

Perfect location

We all absolutely loved staying here!! The location was spot on..Our only complaint was that we were only furnished 1 roll of toilet paper per couple, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for a 6 night stay, we had to go buy more after we had spent close to 3,000 on the condo.

The owners responded to me immediately anytime I had a question, which was so appreciated! The location is great, and close to so many fun activities and restaurants, but yet not in the high traffic gridlock. The location is quiet, and right on the beach - the beach is so nice and not crowded at all! The best part was not having to wait for crowded elevators in the high rise condos. There are also 2 parking spaces right in front of the front door. The experience was so great - we will be back!

Great pet stay and location

Comfy beds and great location! So close to dog park both on the beach and at Frank Brown. Nice deck area fenced in so the dogs can't run to the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach except for Dog Beach...PCB rules. The location is away from the crowds but close to Pier Park and we went during Spring Break! Would love to book again soon!

2025 Beach Week

Everyone enjoyed the week. Especially pleased with the location/convenience for shopping, groceries, etc. Roundabout construction seems to be taking forever. Would have been nice to have an icemaker or known ahead of time to get ice. Also, the xfinity box didn't turn on in upstairs guest bedroom so there was no working tv in that room. Nice place to enjoy the beach!

Excellent stay on the beach!

This is a well maintained property on the beach and family friendly, including pets. We had a great time, hanging out on the deck and just stepping down immediately on to the clean beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great Beach Location

Outside of the current road construction, the rental was very easy to find and get too, right at the end of Hwy 79. Very convenient to everything needed. Home itself was very nice and well equipped. Walk off the deck and right on to the beach. Very nice place, would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. While very adequate, I would rate the beds a 6 out of 10. The rest of the unit was a 10 of 10!

Family vacation

Even though our time was cut short because of the hurricane all if us enjoyed our stay while we were there. You could walk a few steps and be on the beach. Great location and host responded quickly to any questions. We would love to stay at this property again!

This townhouse is great if you have pets. In the verbiage it says the townhouse has been remodeled. There have been a few things updated but there is a lot of things that still need to be done. The townhouse says it it for 6 however the back patio only seats 4 and the chairs are unstable and need to be replaced for safety. The inside ceilings have water damage, the

Great place with great communication :)

The property manager was amazing at communication and the property was really clean and exactly like the pictures. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation to anyone staying here would be to get up early and reserve a spot on the beach because the public access is very close and the beach fills up fast.

The west end of PCB is a little bit quieter and a little less crowded, but close enough that you can get to the action pretty quickly if you want to.
