Your private oasis just steps from the beach awaits! Ocean Village Club P33 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests and welcomes your pet for a fun and relaxing getaway in St. Augustine.

Inside, the living room offers a plush queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or connect to free Wi-Fi to stream, browse, or plan your next outing. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with lush landscape views—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from modern appliances to cookware and gadgets. Gather around the dining table to share meals, play cards, or work on puzzles while enjoying quality time with loved ones.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, creating a restful retreat after a busy day. Construction Notice: The Ocean Village Club boardwalk will be closed Spring 2026 for deck board replacement. Beach access via the boardwalk will not be available during this time. Guests can access the beach using the Dondanville Street entrance through the back gate, approximately 0.3 miles away (about a 7-minute walk). Guests with a 4x4 vehicle may also choose to drive. Great Beach Condo

We come for the beach and this property is in easy walking distance 3-5 minutes). Condo was well appointed and furnished. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Awesome location.

The unit was very well cleaned and well appointed with lots of beach stuff. The complex is very well tended with nice pools and beach access. Highly recommend recommended.

excellent condo

check in was seamless, and the property was exactly as stated in the app. Nice neighbors, pools were clean and easy to access. Beach access is amazing. We could even hear the ocean from the condo. I would 100% return and recommend to anyone that wants to go. The bedding was so comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. the cable was also great.

Great location

The condo was super clean and decorated really nice. The pool was large and never felt crowded. Included private boardwalk with access to the beach which was a close walk, being in building P. Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator which was a little tiring. Overall loved our stay!

If you stood on the balcony corner and looked far to the left, you might see the ocean. Property itself very clean, ocean access very good, secure, clean pools, one heated the other not. Landscaping very nice. Plenty of parking. The apartment was beach feeling Modern appliances that all worked-ceiling fans. NO DIRECT Sunlight-which left the place feeling damp. Cleanliness-don't get me started!! Bed sheets stained, comforters and shams not washed after every stay, so we washed immediately when we arrived. Floor dirty-had to wear shoes all the time as socks and bare feet became grey. Did not clean behind bathroom doors--lots of hair behind doors. Silverware in drawer had egg on it-had to rewash all dishes!. Sink in master bath completely clogged-30 minutes to unclog gunk and hair. Windows not washed in s while- dog nose prints on slider. Area rug in living room-when we moved coffee table, it was while under table and brown and smelly where exposed. Only left 1 set of towels per person and nothing for pool or beach--we had to wash towels once or even twice a day. Left 1 roll TP , no tissues, 2 small bars of soap and 4 dishwasher packs. No cleaning supplies except vinegar and water-no Clorax or Lysol-so they were not sanitizing the apartment. Left 1 garbage bag. Faucet in kitchen about to fall off- slider screen rusted open.

Very nice condo!

The condo is lovely- very clean, new furniture, new appliances including washer and dryer. It is on the third floor- no elevator, which was not a problem for us to climb stairs, but may be challenging for others. One of the pools was under construction- there was another pool, however, was very crowded - had to wait until a chair became free. The beach is beautiful! The walk from the condo is maybe 7-8 minutes. Great boardwalk takes you right onto the beach. We were very happy to find the condo had beach chairs, umbrella and wagon in the closet. (We had been told none would be provided - was a pleasant surprise) Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely visit again! Thank you!
