Ce 2ème étage dans le bâtiment P à Ocean Village Club est dans une communauté fermée front de mer sur St. Augustine Beach. Ce complexe face à l'océan offre une variété de commodités pour s'amuser et se détendre toute l'année. Profitez de la baignade dans une piscine chauffée ou dans l'océan; jouer au tennis sur les courts récemment rénovés, jouer au jeu de palets ou s'entraîner dans la salle de fitness.

Ce condo récemment rénové a de belles vues sur l'océan, comme on peut le voir sur les photos. Situé près de la piscine et de la plage, cet appartement dispose de hauts plafonds, d'une exposition nord, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et de belles rénovations achevées en 2017.

Ce condo est décoré avec goût, très propre et est une unité non-fumeurs.

Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine récemment rénovée et deux salles de bains, la plupart des planchers de tuiles, lit king confortable dans la chambre principale, de nouveaux meubles confortables et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances relaxantes à la plage.

Nous avons loué ici à OVC plus de 10 ans, et possédons maintenant nos deux belles unités et voulons le partager avec vous. Nous avons plusieurs invités qui sont revenus chaque année. Venez rester avec nous et voyez pourquoi ils reviennent! Nous aimerions vous faire venir à la plage et rejoindre notre famille d'invités.

The amenities on the property were great and its a short walk to the beach. Its pleasant sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. The condo was nice but dated and needed some further cleaning. Seemed like the cleaning crew just ran through quickly prior to us coming.

St. Augustine family vacation 2025

We love OVC! Have stayed here many times. The condo was in a great location, super close to the pool and the beach. Condos were close to anything you could want or need. Grocery stores close and several good restaurants.

Mother's Day Weekend Stay

My sister, niece and enjoyed a wonderful weekend reconnecting. Stores and restaurants were close and historic St. Augustine a short drive. The condo was well appointed, we had a wonderful time.

The complex property was very nice and well cared for. Our unit was clean with an ocean view. The unit could have had more towels especially wash cloths and kitchen towels along with more dishes and mugs. Beyond that it was a great stay at an excellent location.

It was the perfect place to stay. Steps away from the beach and plenty of places to walk our dog. All the furniture was very comfortable too. The A/C didn’t work properly when we got there. We called and they sent someone immediately (a Saturday evening, too!). It was fixed in less than a hour. I was very satisfied with our entire experience.

Great fall beach trip

We love staying at this condo unit. It had everything we needed and was very short drive to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. The owners were very responsive along with the property management team. We enjoyed our fall beach trip here.

Close to the property’s beach access and pool. Unit is Just as pictured. Ice cold air, great water pressure and the unit has plenty of kitchen pots, pans, utensils. Unit is super clean and very clean floors - nice job cleaning crew!!! Quiet building and easy parking. We do NOT recommend the sleeper sofa for an adult.

Wonderful time right on the beach

Stayed for 2 weeks and loved the condo and location. It’s right in the beach which was fantastic for walking and biking. Grocery stores are close by and the old town is about 8 miles away. The condo itself is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need.

Truly great!

This condo is worth the trip and pricing! Gated area and private access to the beach! Easy to get around the island from here with lots of food options and grocery stores within minutes of the location. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. The view from the balcony is an added bonus and is very relaxing to enjoy coffee on!

Fantastic location, well-stocked

We have stayed 4 times in this area last 4 years. This condo is the best one yet. Easy access to pool, beach, coffee, groceries, and 15 min from city center. Decor is cute, kitchen is well-stocked with pans and utensils which is rare. Very clean interior and nice with more recent renovations. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. We visited between Christmas and New Year's for a few days. The beach was accessible and quiet, as was the condo development. We didn't need anything as far as amenities, and the location is close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the city without too much time lost in commuting, but it is far enough south to make easy work of destinations down the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and essentials (Publix, CVS, etc) near the condo. We would stay again.

Nice condo but needs a new bed ! king bed very uncomfortable. furniture was nice and kitchen was nicely set up. the two t v s were on the small side. a 25" tv in the master is very small. we made and had a good time.

Jeff, Thanks for your stay. Bed comfort is something that is very subjective and most feel that the master bed is comfortable in the condo. The bed itself is not old as it was purchased about a year ago. As far as TVs go, we will be moving the living room TV to the master bedroom this year and replacing the living room with a larger TV so both rooms will be upgraded. Again, thanks for your stay and feedback Jeff, we really appreciate it.

It was ok

Place was not very clean based on the fee, closet had tables and other items to lessen storage, dishes were stained. Coffee pot was disgusting, many items had to be deep cleaned to be acceptable. No elevator should be specified. Seemed like a very minimal amount was spent to create comfort. Not coming back.

Andrea, I am sincerely sorry for your experience. It is not normal. I am very responsive to any issues and if any guest has an issue please report it through VRBO immediately. I am happy to get cleaning back in to take care of any cleaning issues, or replace anything that is needed. I pay for a local service to get things to my guests same day. Unless a guest gives feedback during their stay we likely do not know there is an issue or something that is unsatisfactory. Our end of summer deep clean is this week, and we are replacing dishes, silverware, and the coffee pot next week as we will be there. I will add a deep clean in the middle of our summer season next year on your recommendation, but it does cause some inconvenience since guests don't love waiting to get into the unit. The table in the closet is a coffee table that can be used on the balcony. It is glass and was moved back inside before a big storm earlier in the year. We will either move it back outside or dispose of it to address the storage concern. Thank you! Kenny and Jami

Solo trip with my dog

I made a last minute booking here for a solo trip with my dog. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The checkin process was exactly as described and everything was right I expected it to be. The unit itself is clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer within the unit as I was definitely changing clothes multiple times a day! I worked remotely from the dining room table and had plenty of bandwidth. I really enjoyed how close the beach was to the unit. I didn’t make use of the other Anne iTunes during my stay but they looked nice and plenty of people were enjoying them. I hope to stay here again!

Great vacation in a wonderful location!

This is condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! It’s in a great location within the development- the pool is close by and short walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and even beach chairs and umbrellas. My grandson and daughter came for a week, unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great for the beach but there is plenty for a 12 yo boy to do - workout in the gym, use the heated pool and a good internet connection for his screen time :). This was our 3rd year at Ocean Village Club - it’s quiet, safe and everyone is very nice and friendly. We had our little 14lb cavapoo dog with us - it barely took a day for her to realize the staff in the golf carts always had a dog treat for her and lots of friendly people and dogs to say ‘hi’ to - pretty sure she’d give this property 5 stars too!

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and would highly recommend. The condo was spotless, offered a well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for the beach. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and is in a great location - close to restaurants and 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. The only issue we had was that there was no communication from the owner and they don't provide any information on the VRBO site as to the exact address of the condo. We did receive some communication from the property manager, but they didn't provide the unit number in their communication. We had to reach out to the owner on the day we were checking in to find out the number of the condo, which, after traveling all day, was quite frustrating.

Awesome vacation rental and location!

We absolutely loved our rental and its location. Parking was wonderful! Easy access to the beach, amenities, downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. The condo had beach items for renters to use and it had books, games, etc for inside fun. Nice balcony with side view of the ocean and close enough to hear the waves crashing. Safe and great area to walk around. St. Augustine had so many activities I didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. Every restaurant we tried we absolutely loved. Great food and great fun! I loved my morning and evening walks with the dog to the beach. The owners are awesome and took excellent care of us during the entire trip and the management company was wonderful to work with too. Every single person we came into contact with from the resort to downtown was so pleasant. We loved the Trolley Tour, Alligator Farm and the Fountain of Youth. I loved the fact that I could bring my Havanese Bella. It was the perfect vacation and I will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Our entire family has been visiting St. Augustine for many years and love the family friendly atmosphere and location. St. Augustine is a beautiful, historic, quiet community - away from all the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. This is where we go to unwind and relax.

Ocean Village Club was a place my family has vacationed at for the past 10+ years. The complex is well maintained and we love the renovations this condo has and the modern clean beach feel of the unit. The beach is close to the condo and we love being close enough to hear the ocean. The property has two pools and private beach access close to the condo. One pool is heated all year long, and we love being able to swim any time we visit.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo has been completely renovated; bathrooms, kitchen, tile floors in the main living spaces, ceiling fans, furniture, and all new lighting - it looks brand new inside. I love that I can walk onto the balcony and see the beach, it's so peaceful and beautiful.
