Quiet, charming, remodeled 2 bedroom townhome just minutes from the Red Cliffs

We love to travel and recently lived in South Africa and enjoy the beauties of the earth. We currently reside in Spanish Fork, Utah but have always wanted a retreat in St. George, Utah. Lynn, my husband, is suffering with memory loss but in his early years was a member of a band and loved playing the drums. His favorite band was the Beatles. His memory comes alive when we play his favorite tunes and he can sing along with all of the lyrics. Hence, we have named our retreat "Penny Lane" in honor of the Beatles and also because of the copper color of the townhome roofs, and to Lynn and to the millions of people in the world suffering from this horrible disease.

I'm Linda and we've been married 52 years this coming November. We have (7) magnificent children and (28) adorable grandchildren with (4) greats. We are beyond blessed! Lynn peacefully passed to the other side in November of 2023. He's enjoying his missionary service work on the other side, while drumming on his leg to the beat of his favorite Beatle's tunes, which I know they have playing in heaven!

Secluded and quiet yet within walking distance to grab a soft drink at Maverik or a forgotten tool at Home Depot. So easy to roll your luggage or carry your groceries from the carport right into the townhome.

The townhome is at a dead end street so there is no traffic coming back and forth. The pool is within a stones throw from the townhome. There's a lovely park and hiking trails just up the street and a church a hop over the next door neighbor's back yard fence. (Just don't hop over their fence. It's not the neighborly thing to do.)
