Find quiet privacy and your own direct access to the patio & pool on the inviting master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed and a 50" Smart flat-screen TV. A massive walk-in closet connects to the en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vessel sink and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest wing can be shut off from the remainder of the house. This is where the second bedroom is, outfitted with a King bed, a 50" Smart flat-screen TV and direct access to the yard with water views. The gorgeous guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and it is shared with the third bedroom featuring two queen beds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private 90' waterfront canal dock, featuring 4 chairs for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars, and a fishing table for fishing enthusiasts.
Your private backyard oasis was built with entertaining in mind. Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, spend blue-sky days floating in the heated pool or working on your suntan on the loungers. Watch the game on the Cabana, complete with a 50" TV, lounge seating for 5 and a dining table for 6. Speaking of entertainment â enjoy the massive wooden Jinga set, or a game of bags on the spacious patio and greenspace. When the sun sets, fire up the grill with the day's catch and dine al fresco with the views of the intercoastal.
After returning from the beach or day at the park, you'll appreciate the additional front lounging area and outside shower for your sandy feet and beach toys!

Fast internet speed and 2 Wi-fi extenders guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed.
There is a max of 8 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 12 guests allowed at any other time.
