Come and truly enjoy what Florida living is all about. Great location. Located just minutes from Sanibel and great beaches, lots of Restaurants and Sanibel Outlet shopping mall. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo is a pleasure to stay. Full kitchen and living area very well equipped with everything you need. Master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, 2 bikes, fishing rods ,cooler and beach toys. We also provide dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo and condition Complimentary American coffee and cream.
Quiet complex. With only a few steps through the garden you will reach the fenced community pool. Very clean and well mantained.

This is a nice, clean place that's just a few minutes drive to Sanibel Island without the cost of staying right on Sanibel. The place is equipped as described in the listing, with a convenient washer/dryer, some beach accessories and a pool just steps from the back door, though note that the pool is unheated. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location close to Sanibel Island. Grandsons and everyone loved the pool. Nice quiet location. Kitchen supplies were good. Beds comfy. Lots of nice extras like fishing poles, beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys (etc). Would book again.

Perfect for our trip

The place and pool were really clean. The amenities were plentiful. (laundry soap, shower goodies, coffee etc) and it had a pack-n-play for the little one to sleep. While there isn’t much going on within walking distance, the beaches, malls, restaurants and playgrounds are all within 10-30 mins. We unfortunately needed to visit the children’s hospital at 2am which was within a short 11 min drive. The trip was wonderful and we’re very happy with our stay at this place.

Perfect for us

Property was as described. Clean. Kitchen well-stocked with dishes. Quiet location, away from crowds. 5-10 minutes from stores we utilized. Bowditch Beach 10-15 minutes with traffic. We went to Sanibel a few days, and that trip varied from 30-60 minutes. Host communicated quickly in response to questions.

Perfect for visiting Sanibel!

The condo had all we needed and more. We loved the handcart, the beach chairs and the beach umbrella! Communication with Pedro was nice and easy. Should we ever go to the Ft. Myers area again we would not hesitate to book this condo once more.

Very clean !

Inside of the condo was very clean . The location couldn’t be beat for the price . The street the condo is located is a mixture of rentals and personal residential homes. The outside still has some minor damage likely from hurricane we traveled to FMB and sanibel island - just minutes away from each bridge .

Perfect location

What an excellent place for a family of four. Pedro was excellent in communications with us and the condo is perfect. It’s a beautiful little two bedroom condo, one room has two singles and the other room is a queen. Kitchen and laundry are also well equipped. Pedro also leaves all the equipment you need for full days at the beach!

Home away from home

Quick trip to Fort Myers

This was a great rental. Pool was nice and unit was clean and for our needs wonderfully. Hosts were responsive and attentive. May look at staying here again if we come back.

Perfect location for Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel Island, and Historical winter homes of Edison and Ford. Loved the quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Check in process was easy. We appreciated having bikes and beach gear provided!

Ft. Myers Condo

Very clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. TV's in both bedrooms. NIce pool and pleasant neighbors. Convenient location - 1 mile to Publix, liquor store and gym, 3 miles to Walmart. Short drive to Sanlbel beach and all the shopping and restaurants in and around Fort Myers. Very good experience.

Cute Condo

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is just as pictured and it was perfect for us. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and everyone was so friendly! Location was great for what we needed. We will definitely stay again when we go back!
