This downtown condo is only a 5-minute walk to the Alley, where there is ample food, shopping, and entertainment. This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a king bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, large kitchen counter, and a balcony with rocking chairs for a moment of relaxation. The kitchen has all you need with cookware and accessories to enjoy a night-in. We are only a short distance from popular golf courses & horse venues - making this location ideal for your stay.

Pet friendly for house-trained, non-aggressive and well-behaved pets. There is a one-time $60 pet fee per stay.

Wow. This is a great place. Can’t beat the location, just steps from the Alley and downtown with all the dining and shopping close by. Lots of areas to walk our dog. All the amenities we wanted. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Host was very responsive and friendly as well. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a quick trip but this spot was great for us. It is walking distance to downtown shops and a quick Uber to other parts of town. Very clean and well equipped townhome. If we come back to Aiken for an overnight stay, we'll see if this one is available.

Ideal location downtown just 5 min walk to Alley. The place was very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen, we cooked a few meals.

Home away from Home!

Fantastic property exactly as advertised and so much more. This place has everything you need PLUS everything you forgot! A full kitchen, stocked with the basics, Nespresso coffee machine including pods to get your morning started, bath and shower products to get you on your way, and plenty of room to relax when you get back. All in a convenient location next to Whiskey Alley.

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in!!

This place was perfect. Location perfect. Went to shop for horses and stayed here. And stayed in another place last time and this was much better (and the other place was decent too). Flight arrived late and it was just my trainer and I. Porch light was left on for us. Little snacks and treats on the counter were much appreciated, great touch, and came in handy. Was so relieved to see dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, decent blow dryer. This was perfect. Felt safe for two women to be there solo. Walked to dinner each night. Farmers market around the corner on the weekends. Will definitely plan on staying here on our next trip to Aiken. All the little things really helped make a short but jam packed 3 day trip that much easier for us. Love love loved :)

Great condo in downtown Aiken!

What a perfect stay! Ashley was a wonderful host and the property is more accommodating than the pictures even show. Kitchen is well stocked, everything is clean and comfy, and the decor is cute, too! Very convenient to Palmetto if you’re in town for golf! Hope to stay here again!

Aiken Golf Trip

Central to variety of things to do in Aiken. We had a great time and the apartment was absolutely perfect for 4 if guests do not mind sharing bed. One of us stayed with the friend we were visiting in the area. The others used a bedroom each and the sofa for sleeping. Next time we will book a four bedroom VRBO in this location.

Outstanding Aiken Experience

Ashley was so accommodating and the place was spectacular. Right in the heart of all the downtown activities and restaurants. We will certainly book a stay again. We’ve already recommended this property to friends.

Great place

This 2 bedroom townhouse was the perfect spot for our short trip to Aiken. The location is close to everything in downtown Aiken and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend Ashley’s place.

Wonderful stay for a horse show

My family was here for a horse show and we loved our weekend here. It was so close to everything and the neighbors are so sweet. The host is amazing and very responsive. She was so understanding about the “hazards” that sometimes accompany a toddler (spilled pedialyte on the rug). Lovely place, lovely host, will definitely be staying here from now on when our horse showing bring us back to Aiken!

Perfect!

We were in town for a nearby disc golf tournament and wanted to stay somewhere downtown. This townhouse was a convenient walk to nearly everything Aiken had to offer. The host communication was outstanding. The accommodations were immaculate. Cozy beds. Everything was clean. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves, even our dog. Next time we're Aiken, we'd definitely want to stay here again.

Graduation Getaway

I needed somewhere close to USCA campus and also places to eat for the weekend for my graduation and honors awards. I was an online student and had never been to Aiken before. The listing was accurate and helped me choose this location due to its proximity to downtown. The place was in a phenomenal location and was gorgeous. Ashley even left me a Congratulations balloon and little plant. Thank you Ashley for your quick response to my questions as well! We had a wonderful time!

Aiken

We were coming to Aiken for our daughter’s horse show. Ashley’s condo was perfect for our family of 3 + 2 little dogs. It was close to everything and had a nice balcony view of the downtown area. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed from the kitchen all the way to the facilities. Thank you Ashley. We’ll be back!

Perfect location to walk to shops and dinning

We stayed here for the weekend while my daughter was showing at the horse park. The condo was great. The location was perfect. We could walk to town and food easily. I would rent this again:)
