Whether visiting to relax and take in the mountain views or an outdoor enthusiast there are endless opportunities for fun and adventure. We are within driving distance of Zion, Grand Canyon & Bryce national parks.



The Space:

located in the Coral cliffs community just a half mile east of the stop light at Hwy 89. The home is one story with two full bathrooms. The main room has a kitchen - living room with T.V. A large patio is located just outside the kitchen. Cook in the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and modern décor or visit local restaurants.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the quiet Coral Cliffs community, the home offers peaceful mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere. Just minutes from downtown Kanab, you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, and shops to explore. It’s the perfect base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon.



Other Things to Note:

Early check in fee of $30.00 if possible.

One time $30.00 pet fee for all pets per stay.

The house was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked all our meals at the house and had everything needed in the kitchen. Gorgeous view! We enjoyed our evenings out on the back patio. The house was wonderful and perfectly located for all our adventures.

Great week in Kanab & Best Friends

Allan's place was set up perfectly for a home base. The K-Hill trail is right out the door, which was great for a quick hike. Very quiet neighborhood, eazy access to downtown, Best Friends, and lots of fantastic hiking options. Have stayed at other properties in the area and this is among the best.

Excellent accommodations, great location with easy access to Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon NP. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We had an enjoyable experience overall.

Fantastic!

The location was outstanding for convenience to all the area attractions and also the local neighborhood - felt very safe and loved being able to walk out door to do the K-Hill trail. The house itself was well equipped, clean and beautiful, one of the best I've ever stayed in.

Stunning views and refreshingly new home

Our new passage into retirement lead us to the 5 National Parks in Utah, and a perfect home base in Kanab. Our stay was amazing in this well designed new home with quality furnishings , local decor, and very quiet neighborhood! The location provided backyard views of K Hill, and ease to hike the trail from the house. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent property. Has all amenities you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked our meals in . Kitchen had everything we needed. Grill and patio area are a nice feature. View is spectacular. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Kanab.

Mother's Day Fun

We had a wonderful stay at Allen's place. The house had everything we needed and more. My sister and I enjoyed our morning walks on the K Hill trail before we set out exploring the area with our mom. We enjoyed dinner on the patio every evening. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was incredibly clean. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if in the area.

Summer 23 Vacation

The house was a perfect home base and Kanab is a great location for visiting multiple areas in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. We were able to easily hit Zion, Bryce, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The house was well equipped for cooking dinners or bringing home food from restaurants. We spent many evenings sitting out on the porch watching the sunset and the stars come out.

The Home was perfect. Clean, Organized and had all the items needed to make our stay very nice. Our Dogs loved it too! Closet with "pup" items (blankets, toys and etc). Outside designated area for them to do there potty, very clean and real grass. We were 2 couples for the stay, and we each had our own bathroom and actually a private wing for our stay. Kitchen well stocked with all items needed for our stay. The pictures on Vrbo are very accurate of the property. Grocery story less than a mile away. Great host, location, and beautiful home

First, the host, Allen, responds immediately to any correspondence. Second, the home and property is the finest in all categories: location is stunning in the canyon with a beautiful view of the mountain right from the back yard, the home is well supplied with the finest wares, and the decor and furniture are fine. Kanab is a wonderful small town and the locals are nice and engaging. We will be back to stay at Allen’s properties. You cannot go wrong.

The perfect birthday getaway!

There are just too many great things to say about this property. The house = exquisitely decorated, comfortable, and well furnished. The location = breathtaking! Out the back door is about as much red sandstone beauty as a person can safely handle! :) The communication: professional, quick, and accurate. I will definitely return to this gem of a property!

What a great choice we made. Fantastic house, new, clean, well stocked and equipped with all the basics in the kitchen. Great location just minutes from the center of town...and it allows pets!! Awesome view right up against the classic Kanab red rock cliffs. The whole process from booking to checkout was smooth. Allen the owner kept in touch with information. This one is on our repeat list.
