We loved our time in Kanab and this VRBO! Location was fantastic and everything you could need was supplied in the home. The hot tub was a perfect bonus after days of hiking. Highly recommend!

Best property we've stayed at. This house felt so comfortable, and the furnishings were higher quality than we usually see in rentals. It is very well stocked! So many thoughtful touches - robes, hair dryer & irons, coffee, shower supplies, throw blankets, lamps everywhere for just the right lighting, and tastefully decorated in a relaxing color scheme. You can really cook in the kitchen, everything is there. The neighborhood was quiet, view was beautiful. I highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. The location was great and we were impressed with the town as well, everyone was friendly.

Perfect location and amazing accommodations. The home makes you feel like you’re at home. Very well, equipped with all necessary, utensils and supplies. Hot tub was a nice feature. all details were covered. Very close to downtown Kanab, but yet far enough away where your feel part of the environment as your backyard view faces local canyon formations. Wonderful experience for both families.

The house was absolutely perfect. Our family of six loved it. It was perfectly located for so many memorable adventures. The beds were so comfortable, the view was the best to wake up to, the hiking trails near the house were lovely to do at the beginning and end of the day, the hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of a long day, and the city of Kanab was just a few steps away. The house was clean, equipped with everything you need and more. Thank you so much for one of the best stays we’ve had!

Great location and quiet area. Well kept home with all the supplies. Easily could make all our meals and grill worked well. The hot tub was nice! Had issues and the washing machine did not work during our stay. With lack of phone service when we left for the day made it hard to communicate with host then so we never got the issue fixed during our stay. Nice home base for our trip to do lots of hiking. We hit up Zion, hiked the Wave, Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, & The New Wave/Beehive. Kid friendly location and they had games for the littles. Loved the main sitting area and was open to visit and rest in the evening.

We're so glad the location worked out perfectly as a home base for all your adventures, from Zion to Horseshoe Bend and the Wave. It's wonderful to hear the home felt well stocked, the grill and kitchen made meal prep easy, the hot tub was a nice touch after long hiking days, and the games and open sitting area kept things comfortable for the whole family. This kind of feedback means a lot and we're happy the trip came together so well despite the washing machine hiccup.

Loved everything about this home!

The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything you could need, the views out the back were spectacular and enjoyed while sitting at the outdoor dining table or in the hot tub. The location was great as well with easy access to our destinations. I will stay there again if in town again and highly recommend this to others!

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed back in July for a week and the property was clean, great location, and very well managed. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator not cooling and hosts were quick to resolve as well as answer our questions about the area. Very responsive and would stay here again!
