À propos de cet hébergement

Location pittoresque d'une chambre à Newburgh

Tranquil top floor apartment in a historic building with beautiful views of Newburgh and the Hudson River. Tastefully presented by Hendley & Co - a local design boutique - this unit offers serene views and all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. High end furnishings throughout provide a relaxing stay or a peaceful work environment. Ferry to Beacon within walking distance. Fast Wi-Fi, Samsung washer/dryer, and a walk-in rainfall shower. Monthly stays welcome. A few things to note: entry requires operating an electronic lock on the exterior door, as well as another electronic lock on the interior apartment door. We will provide full instructions for operating these devices ahead of check-in. Also, please note, there is an exterior flight of steps required to access the main entrance to the building. Some of our elderly guests have noted the steps are on the steeper side, but they do have handrails on both sides. There are also several flights of interior steps required to access this apartment, as it is on the top floor.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! We can’t say enough good things. From top to bottom everything about this space and the owner is absolutely fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again. The space. The area. The ease of communication. All top notch!! And you must eat at An Artistic Taste- one of the best meals we’ve ever had! (You can walk there).

Ring Weekend

We enjoyed the comfort of this home. It was close to good restaurants, close to Beacon and about a 20 min drive to West Point.

Relaxing spot

Great AC making a comfortable stay on a hot day. Easy walk down to the river and ferry terminal. Gorgeous neighborhood full of old slate-roofed houses. Loved being able to do laundry in the middle of a long road trip. Thanks for a wonderful respite.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Just a heads-up: the apartment doesn’t have its own thermostat for heating. I would’ve loved to have known that beforehand, or maybe I didn’t look at the listing carefully enough.

Cute apartment

Beautiful apartment. Neighborhood is in transition and parking is slim. We had to park down the block.

Stay Here!

Such a beautifully finished space! We found it to be cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Neighborhood is in transition, but we had no issues, felt safe. Having the w/d was a real bonus since our stay in the area lasted a week. Walking distance to the Hudson River Valley, Crawford House, and other historical sites. Easy highway access to vsit other nearby towns. The owner was also very pleasant to work with. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Overall great for a long term stay!

Really great place to stay for 3 weeks! All amenities and things that I needed. Stan was very responsive and I had no issues while I was staying. My only complaint was during the month I was staying, many of the neighbors were lighting off fireworks and being loud in the parking lot at night, so it was a bit disruptive. But not enough that I couldn’t get any sleep. Overall though, I had a great time staying and exploring the surrounding areas and NYC!

Comfortable Stay

This apartment looks like it does in the photos. It is very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. It's a quick walk to the Beacon ferry (but is a steep climb getting back). I would stay here again
