Great location, close to Lake Erie and is a beautiful house. Perfect for large family get together. Lots of space. This is our second time and we plan to come back next summer.

We chartered fishing and visited Cedar Point. Very close to both. Loved the location nice walk to town, coffee, food trucks, beach and playgrounds.

Great spot for the guys

7 of us went for a fishing/golfing trip. The house was very clean, AC great, an easy walk to town for dinner and drinks. Loved the huge parking lot because we drove over in a 36' motorhome. We will be back for sure.

This is a very spacious house. Hot water was great, as was air conditioning. Big kitchen is set up well. The two bathrooms are both very nice. Located close to downtown and the water and there is plenty of room for parking. It worked very well for our family of 8.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The house was perfect for our group. Everyone was able to get their own room. House was very nice and everything was clean and organized. It was nice being so close to downtown. 3 block walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Check-in was very simple. The house was clean and nicely remodeled. All lights and appliances worked properly. The check‐out process was simple. Very nice rental. The only negative parts of our stay were the numerous trains that kept going by at all times of day and night and the immense number of bugs on the back porch.

Lovely House for a Family Get Together

The house was the perfect size for our family gathering of 5 adults and 4 children. It felt very spacious. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Our family all enjoyed their stay.

Lake Erie Vacay

This is a sweet house in a quiet neighborhood. The host had it stocked with everything we could need during our stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely stay here again next time.

We had a great stay while in port Clinton . House was clean and perfectly located . Since we were with a large group we had easy access to the ferry , downtown and the CIC . I would recommend this house for your future stay .

Lovely!

The house is kept immaculately clean and looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect for a leisurely stroll to the downtown area. Despite our time being cut short for personal reasons, we absolutely loved it and would return again.

Clean comfortable plenty of bedrooms and parking.

This property was very clean and comfortable. It was very nice having a washing machine and WiFi. There was plenty of room to park two trucks with boats hooked up. The house was within walking distance of the downtown area where there were restaurants and shops.

Nice fall weekend

Weekend with family in port Clinton and the islands. Place is exactly as described and pictures show. Nicely appointed and has all the needed things for cooking etc. I should have looked at location on the map, it’s right next to railroad tracks. All fine, unless the sound of rail is bothersome to you. Can walk to her express and can walk to restaurants n bars if you are up for walking. Watch your head walking up the steps to the bedrooms! Nice house.

Beautiful home near downtown Port Clinton

Home remodel was beautiful! Spacious for large group. Gas grill unassessable -in the basement w no propane. No kitchen towels or dish cloths- had to buy our own as the dishwasher was broken. AC on both floors was great. Minimal kitchen supplies, just the basics.

Family celebration

This property was perfect for our family of 12 to celebrate our parents' milestone anniversary. Ford was responsive to our questions and requests (including dropping by with a propane tank for the grill) and the house was conducive to hanging out, eating and playing games. We thought the proximity to the train tracks could be an issue, but the rooms are equipped with ample white noise that allow for fairly decent sleeping conditions. We also made several trips to Scooter's (a great ice cream place that is totally walkable from the house). Our only feedback is to include a can opener in the kitchen (or make it more apparent where it's stored...we couldn't find one), and to maybe have smaller coffee mugs for the coffee station (which was heavily-used by our family, but we ended up buying small to-go cups). Thanks for accommodating us - highly recommend!

Spider Trip

The exterior was not clean loaded with spider webs all over the entry door and the outside furniture was not clean. Larger spiders were in the house we killed them daily. Other than that it is a nice house. They told us five-bedrooms when its really a four bedroom. The attic that they count as a bedroom has no door nor closet and is claustrophobic very tiny in size and should not be considered a bedroom at all. We needed that extra room. I requested my cleaning fee back from the owner Ford and to date no respsonse.
