Spanning an impressive 7,000 square feet, this luxurious abode can effortlessly accommodate up to 20 guests, featuring two regal King and eight indulgent Queen beds, ensuring absolute comfort and indulgence. Your very own private dock entices you, complemented by the provision of two kayaks for an exhilarating exploration of the tranquil waters. This opulent, meticulously renovated residence exudes grandeur, graced by opulent furnishings throughout and offering breathtaking vistas from its multitude of windows. Lavished with every conceivable amenity, from a fully-equipped home gym and sleek EV charger to a resplendent fire pit and exclusive dock, this sublime estate is perfect for your next family/friends getaway!
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) â then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.
Note, we do not allow weddings/events here. Please limit the number of vehicles to 6. No buses permitted.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
